When seeking out a great tasting Mexican joint Loca Luna off Richmond Road is a great stop. There are an extensive number of options to chose from to include burritos, enchiladas, rancheros, and much more. The serving staff is very friendly and very professional and efficient. I have a seafood allergy and they made all steps to prepare my food to not set off my allergic reaction. It’s cozy with a number of seats and we’ll kept and clean. The food is wonderful. I got 2 steak and chicken burritos with white queso and their verde sauce. I’m not usually a fan of verse sauces but this has the right heat and tang that truly complimented the white queso and the big haul of meat inside. The rice was spot on. Soft but not mushy. Overall this is an excellent place for Mexican food and worth your time.

Stopped by here for lunch while traveling. It was very clean and friendly. Husband had the beef fajitas and really liked them. I had the taco and cheese enchilada lunch. The beef taco was average but very full and crunchy. The cheese enchilada was one of the best I have ever eaten. I had the white cheese sauce on it. The rice was good and the refried beans were a little bland. Unfortunately they do not serve coffee.

We loved Loca Luna in the past, however after our visit last night we can’t help but wonder if it’s changed owners. I felt like we were on an episode of pranked. The staff really need to step up the professionalism and learn to work/communicate together. Food is still pretty good.

Food was fantastic!! Service was speedy and it took very little time to get our meals. I ordered chicken chimichanga and my husband had the steak and chicken fajitas. Definitely above average. Environment was comfortable and bell decorated. Just traveling through. If I’m in the area I will return.

Customer service was great. They checked on our table every 10 to 15 minutes. The food was good. I had the molcajete and it was HUGE. Yummie and Tasty. I always put my beans in with everything else and just sizzles. This is a great spot for family and friends.

The food has no flavor! How do you even do that? The only spice and flavor was in the pablano pepper. But we ordered beef and got cheese. A massive amount of cheese. Nothing but cheese in the rillano. Hamburger meat in everything that was tasteless. It was like greasy sawdust. The chicken tamale has no flavor. Definitely no spices used. The ice tea was delicious though and we filled up on that. Good service but they got our orders wrong. Doesn’t matter the food was awful. Couldn’t eat it. Wasted 50 bucks. The water fountains on the wall are neat. But annoying after a few minutes with four of them going. They are very loud. The place is very expensive so no reason they can’t do better. We were extremely dissapointed.

Everything was perfect here. I got the vegetarian nachos which were absolutely delicious. The vegetables in the nachos took me to a place of wonder lol seared broccoli and zucchini and bell peppers… Really good… Topped with cheese, guac, sour cream and black beans. Also got their mango margarita which was very good also. Potent and mixed well with a tangy sweet twist. Love this place. Will eat here again. Service was perfect, we were treated like royalty. All within the last hour of them closing.
