We went around 2 pm on a Tuesday. The place was basically empty, but the food and service were excellent. I had fried catfish, and my wife chicken fried chicken. Would definitely go again!

Great space for lunch! We waited just about 15 min we came during the lunch rush. We waited outside where their are seats available. The host and servers were all great! Food was delicious I had the catfish and fried green tomatoes. Live music from a local who played really good. Overall a great dining experience.

I got the Mack, my wife got the chicken bite salad, my sister-in-law got the Mack as well. My son and nephew got Kid’s burgers. I got the Mack with mashed potatoes instead of fries. Overall it’s overpriced. My Mack was $14.59. I would not order it again. I’m surprised it’s almost 5 stars restaurant. It is a 4.6 star rating. It needs to be more around 4 star. I say the quality and portion sizes are the problem. It tastes more like a small town kitchen. However, it is greatly lacking in flavor. My wife said the salad was small portion and not much flavor. My sister in law did not like the Mack either. She said it was too soggy. We got the fried pickles for appetizer. They liked them. I thought they were a tad overcooked. Great place but needs to reconsider prices at the current portion sizes.

We found this restaurant on google maps in places to eat. Surprised by the homey atmosphere and live music. The staff was very friendly as well as our server Lindsey(sorry if spelled wrong). My husband liked his hamburger. I had the Mack with no onions. I gave 4 stars because the Mack was good but it needed something else for the price. Would definitely visit again.

We picked this place by coin toss and I’m so glad. The owners came from Oklahoma and that makes me Okie Proud. Regardless of that though the service and the food is amazing! You get large portions. Everything (mostly) is made in house and you can tell. It’s so good! The waitress was very attentive and our food came fast. We ordered the hamburger steak and the junk burger. Fresh hamburger meat hand cut fries and homemade mashed potatoes! This is definitely a must-eat! Plus they have a little shop up front. The decor is very neat and welcome. At this point I feel like I’m rambling, but I just really enjoyed everything about The Local Flavor. Just go eat here so you can experience what I’m telling you!

The food and service was great. The wait staff was very nice and friendly.. We meet the owner and her sister and they was so kind. We went twice when we was on vacation.. we had the fried pickles, calf fries and chili cheese fries for appetizers. Then we had the junk burger, chicken fried chicken sandwich, chicken club, catfish and regular burger.. the onion rings and FF was good too. I will eat here again when I come back

The restaurant itself is a cute mom and pop place that has been loved by tons so I was expecting great food however the burgers were horrible the meat quality seemed like school burgers the patty was about 3 inches thick the fries were extremely over done. The fried green tomatoes batter was like a fish fry batter not a cormeal batter like it should be and it fell right off from being so greasy, however the fried cheese cubes were absolutely delicious, service and employees were great and friendly
