Local Motion is a perfect food truck. Could be called Love-in Motion as their product is very clearly a labor of love. The devil is in the details from the garlic parm flavor in the fries to the seasoning of the short rib for an amazing sandwich ,each menu item ( and I have tried them all over the last year) is a home run.
