We used to LOVE this place. It was our go to place to eat. Unfortunately the food quality continues to diminish. Portions are getting smaller and less and less substance in the burritos. My biggest gripe is they serve old and black potatoes in their burritos. We’ve brought it to their attention several times and recently have even requested “fresh” potatoes to only be served half fresh and half old. Tonight they just simply served less of everything , which I could tell how light it felt when picking it up.

Decided to grab a few breakfast burritos to go since this place had such high ratings. We got the Big Poppa and two El Amigos. All three of us agreed our burritos were just average, though the prices are better than you’ll find in some nearby spots. We will try again for lunch or dinner, but will probably skip breakfast next time.

Small restaurant with limited seating in a strip mall right off of I-36 in the Superior/Louisville area. Good food, quick service, laid back atmosphere; challenging for more than 4 people in a party – best for takeout for large parties. Good choice of veg, seafood and meat selections – tacos, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas and more with affordable prices – would visit again for a quick, delicious, affordable meal with family.

Nice clean place with a great breakfast burrito. I got the big papa (chorizo and sausage?). I got it hot and the best level was perfect. The outside of the burrito is nicely grilled and even a bit crispy. There’s an interesting almost… Smokey? Flavor. Good size. Not too big, but you’re nicely full after. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed it. 7.8/10

Wow, what a find. This hole-in-wall burrito house is awesome. I ordered the Ranchero (grilled chicken, bacon, ranch, rice and beans). I liked the twist on the traditional chicken burrito. The bacon made it better. Loco Hermanos serves their burritos toasted with just the right grill marks. Very good food!

We have only had their breakfast burritos and we love them! The chili has great flavor and we love the way they grill the burrito! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the staff that work the registers appear to be very unhappy. It doesn’t appear that they want to be there and they certainly aren’t thrilled to take people’s orders. Having been in restaurant management for 20 years, it’s tough to watch them not crack a smile or anything. There’s no, “hi, how are you?” Or “Thanks, have a nice day.” It’s flat and a bit disturbing, actually. We’ll keep going because we love their breakfast burritos. It’s almost impossible for us to find a place the whole family will eat. Hopefully they can find people to work the front who are engaging, positive, and fun. I can almost guarantee sales growth with this simple change.
