We came here for a late dinner tonight while staying at GWL. Our food wavers good, our service was outstanding. Our server, Taylor was wonderful. She was super kind to us. We had the bacon cheeseburger, a pretzel appetizer and rack of ribs. All were great!

I asked for a bacon cheeseburger and they forgot the main part. THE BACON. I also asked them for a Pepsi and they said they didn’t have that on the menu and I looked at the menu and they DID have Pepsi. My auntie also dropped her drink and they said that they were going to give her a new one and it’s like they forgot cause she waited for a good 45 minutes.

First off this is the only place inside great wolf where you MAY be able to get a decent meal. We have eaten here on more than one occasion. Sometimes it was great, other times it was completely garbage. This is the last trip where we will eat inside great wolf, we will either door dash, grub hub or go out and pick something up.

Had drinks here both nights we stayed at GWL. Staff was attentive and drinks were great. Prices were a tad higher then other bars, but your inside a resort so it’s to be expected. Only dislikes was the selection of beer on tap and the over cooking of a plate of calamari.

So these stars in no why go towards our WONDERFULLY ATTENTIVE SWEET and WILLING TO PLEASE waitress Amber, her service and attitude is out of this world!! 100 stars for her! But the food is a big NOOOO. $20 for a burger and cold fries and it wasn’t just my food that was cold. We waited an extremely long time too..meaning you let the food sit.

I enjoyed the grill. The server, I believe her name was Sarah, was very friendly. There were dividers between the tables which I greatly appreciated. We did have a view of the water area. Regrettably, it had to be the smallest kids meal I’ve ever seen. Overall, the convenience was good.

Went at 5:25 to go eat with my wife and daughter, We were then told it would be a 45 min wait (mins you they open at 5) we said that was fine and waited the 45 mins. After about 55 mins of waiting I went to ask the host how much longer it was going to be, or how many tables were in front of us. He told us there were still 7 tables ahead of us. I began to walk away and then he switched up and said it was actually only 3 tables ahead of us. Host seemed completely clueless. The restaurant seems to be ran very poorly. They are supposed to be able to accommodate and provide great customer service, both of which were not shown to us. I would never come to this place again honestly. I would give less than one star if possible.
