We had so much fun! Booked the VIP room and was not disappointed. Ping pong on the private lawn was nice for the kids and adults. Great family atmosphere and wheelchair accessible. Staff was accommodating and the games were fun for everyone ages 4-60! The food was AMAZING! Will be back for a date night soon

I have been twice since opening, once we sat with Abi at the bar. She is an excellent bartender and knew exactly which cocktails to make me based off of my likes and dislikes! The second time we went, Jordan M. was our server in the bay. From my understanding they all share bays but Jordan was the main one focused in on us and another group the whole time! Our drinks stayed full, plates stayed cleared, and she even cheered us on at times! Great experiences with these two ladies!

On Saturday, July 15, my wife and I took her 10-year-old son, who is celebrating his birthday, to LOFT18 for a day of fun. We had a reservation for 3 PM, for 90 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes early. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait “for a few minutes“ while they get our bay ready. We waited for 25 minutes and we were eventually brought to our bay at 3:15. Considering they charge in advance by time, and we had already paid for 90 minutes, I asked them if we would receive an additional 15 minutes at the end of our time, due to them bringing us to our bay late. We were told that the group before us simply refused to leave, which is why they brought us to the bay late, but that in order for them to get back on track, we would not be offered any additional time. Well, it may be true that the previous group didn’t want to leave, but ultimately, it’s the responsibility of the business/management to manage their business appropriately, and is not the responsibility of the next party to pay for something that they don’t fully receive because management didn’t know how to manage the business/situation appropriately. Therefore, they charged us for 90 minutes, wouldn’t give us extra time or refund the time already paid for that we wouldn’t receive and we were only given 75 minutes in the bay. They did come over about four times leading up to the end of our time to ensure that we were leaving at the scheduled time. Disappointing.

a few friends and i came in for the first time to watch the ufc fight and were extremely impressed. the food was excellent and our server abby was just outstanding. super sweet, fun girl and even though the restaurant was packed the whole night she still managed to constantly check up on us and get our food out in a timely fashion.
