This place is not huge, and it wasn’t busy. It’s decorated like a log cabin. There are tvs playing sports on the walls, a small bar, tables and a few booths. We had great service- loved our waitress. We ordered the grilled cheese burger and black & blue burger. The portions are large. The menu is pretty good, and they even serve game at market price such as elk. I didn’t see and wasn’t offered any dessert menu, but my son got a small ice cream with his kids meal. The prices are a little high, but considering the location, it’s not completely unexpected. The location is in an outlet shopping center, 1st floor next to finish line. Parking can be difficult at busy times. They do have a kids menu, and vegetarian menu items.

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere nice. However we were there for a special day and it was a bit disappointing. We ordered the Lumber dip sandwiches and it was terrible. It was much overdone and more like thin roast beef rather than prime rib. I’ve had better from a pizza parlor. I live in NJ and we traveled a good distance. The day was tarnished because the food was definitely not to our satisfaction.

We had such a wonderful time here! The kids enjoyed it! But 100% Alyssa, our server, was FANTASTIC! we decided to order plain wings and get the sauces on the side, but weren’t sure what to try because there were so many sauce choices. She took the time to stop and go through all the top favorites and award winning sauces they had. Shes wasn’t wrong, all the choices she suggested were GREAT!!!!! (The Jameson was our collective favorite) She Was totally cool with us getting A LOT of sauces to try on the side. We had the most wonderful time and the wings are AMAZING!!!! The cocktails were great, absolutely loved the top shelf long islands. Service from Alyssa was prompt and she was so delightful. This coming from a Wisconsin girl where we have wings EVERYWHERE.

I don’t know why this place got 3.8 when we got here. We tried anyway and enjoyed everything. The food was very good, their burger is unique and delicious. One we had was cheese sandwich burger. Never seen any like it and it was delicious. The staff were professional and accommodating. When you hear ac/dc playing of course the burger has to be good,right?

Food was ok at best. For this place to have all these awards for the best wings makes me question who is giving out these awards. The cherry cola wings were pretty decent but I’ve had better wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was ok, and for an added 18% tip automatically was pretty astounding as well when the service wasn’t even up to par. Their pulled pork was tough and chewy. The kids meals which cost $14.99 each are very small portions. For a family of 7 we spent $150 and not everyone even got a meal. Our two younger ones shared. As well no one got drinks, just water. When in comparison we just went to Texas Roadhouse the day before everyone got a meal, I had 2 margaritas and a beer. Total was $120.

Our third time going here, and it is still a top choice for us. The food is Always large portions. The prices, at a glance, may seem to be over the top compared to other restaurants. However, the portion sizes are always requiring us to take home leftovers. Trust me, it’s worth a smidge extra. The menu separates itself from the many bland menus I have given reviews on. If you are anywhere near The Crossings Outlets, you definitely need to check this place out!
