The food is okay, they’re understaffed. There were about 3 waitresses working the whole restaurant. So food took a while, also took a minute to get our order. But our waitress was kind and kid friendly! Rolls are definitely a must though!

Bad experience. Had to hunt server down to get anything, had to request everything, food took at least 45 minutes to arrive. My biggest disappointment was the appetizer of loaded cheese fries that came on a small tray with 1 level of fries and cheese on top. The cost was $10.49. Only .50 less than my entree. (See picture.) Other food was just okay. Their ‘famous’ rolls, while still good, were the size of small dinner rolls and cold. Prices have increased everywhere but do not cut portions by 3/4’s and raise the price.

Recently visited in June 4, 2023. They were not busy arrived around 4:45. Ordered a medium rare steak it was well done. Asked to have a new steak cooked and let’s just say my father and two grandchildren ate their dinner and I’m still over here waiting. They bring me my steak it is raw in the middle and a short hair was on top! The hostess us the person that has helped us with it needs. Server us never came over to our table until the end to ask if we needed to go boxes. She never checked in to see if my steak was better. It was clear I never ate it. Still sitting in my plate. I almost forgot they told me they cooked the last baked potato what did I want instead…..I just paid the bill and left. I thought they would be better after they rebuilt the restaurant. NOT! STAY AWY!

Went to Dinner for my sister’s Birthday dinner…the service was below average after asking for certain things that were needed for our meals more than 3 times and not get it, the good was not good for most of us at the table. The only people who enjoyed their meal ordered the chicken tenders!! My niece ordered a well done burger and it came med looked raw, my other niece ordered the tenders with green beans which were mixed with corn andd sweet,sweet is not in the description. I ordered the Surf and Turf Trio with the steak cooked medium well it came Med. Raw asked for a new one and was brought the same steak only it was so well done and dry and unchewable the mashed potatoes were supposed to be loaded it only came with cheese which tasted old, the crab cakes were awful the shrimp was missing after 30 mins finally got the shrimp over cooked,burnt and tasted awful. This is not the first time so definitely won’t be returning.

Upon entering we where told there would be a 10 minute wait, no problem, we go to the bar and get a drink. When our table was ready we still have drink left so brought them to the table. The server took a while to come over than rudely asked if we had already been served cause we had drinks. Is there not sections assigned to the servers? Everytime we asked for something the server would roll their eyes and walk away. Ordered the appetizer that is a combination of onion straws, fried pickles and fried jalapenos. When it came it was all burnt, looked like the reminents of the fryer basket and did not taste fresh. Most was left uneaten. For entrees the sirloin and ribeye, sirloin tasted old on its own, the mushroom topping was ok. Ribeye is a known fatty steak but this one had very little meat, all fat and also tasted old. Originally wanted the porterhouse but where told it was sold out, at 5pm on a saturday. The add on shrimp skewers was bland and cold. Furthermore, the rice was borderline not cooked, think eating gravel. The ribs where the only good thing on the plate. Overall bad service and food, will not return

I was in the area and wanted something different to eat. Hadn’t been here in a while. I walked in a few minutes before 8 pm…took a minute for someone to acknowledge me and seat me and my son. We sat on the bar side which only had about 5 tables occupied. We ordered our food, nothing complicated and nothing special from the menu. Took 1/2 hour to get our food while I watched our server count her receipts. Food finally arrived and it took until 9:30 to get the bill while our server cleaned all the tabes around us. I gave her cash and it took another 15 minutes to get my change while she made a drink for a fellow co-worker. I usually leave a decent tip for food service workers but I think the tip needs to be earned.
