There was a small issue with temperature of the food but the manager (cook) came out and re-made the plate. He made sure we were satisfied and greeted us at the door as we exited apologizing and insured us we would always be taken care of when we dined in the future. I will eat there again. Jeff was his name. Our waitress was also wonderful although I don’t get her name.

*Great service! There was a slight issue with my ribs not brought out hot, but after informing the Waitress who immediately brought over the Mgr/Cook, “Jeff”, he was very accommodating & immediately corrected the issue bringing out a hot plate and remaking a portion of my order.

Love Logans , first time dining at this location. Slow service. 45 minutes from the time we ordered until food came and by the the kids tenders and fries were over cooked and cold, my steak was tough and not very good. An hour after receiving food we saw no waitress, at one point nobody visible on the floor at all. Once the waitress appeared we were able to flag her down and ask for our check. She said she was scooping butter in the back? Restaurant had 3 people dining so it wasn’t busy. Poor experience, poor service , poor food.

Waitress was WONDERFUL!!!! The restaurant looked decently clean. My only problem was the food. I ordered an appetizer of Potato Skins, which are my absolute favorite there and when they came out 2 of the skins had no cheese or bacon on them. How can the cook think that’s ok to send out? The runner for food should have caught this mistake also but she didn’t. I should have made them remake the whole order since there was hardly any bacon pieces on them too but I felt bad for the server so I just asked her to add some cheese to the others and left it at that. I used to work there years ago and I cannot even start to tell you how many times the kitchen cost me a ton in tips because people would hold me responsible for their mistakes. So please, if you visit Logan Roadhouse, don’t hold your server responsible for the kitchen’s mistakes because they also have to share their tips between the kitchen staff and bartenders.

At my experience here, the waiters took super long, and there were hardly any customers. Also, they hardly ever checked on my table. When i asked for lemonade, they brought it out, and it looked like some sort of foggy water. It tasted horrible. overall, there are way better places to go in dalton.

The absolute worst ribeye I have ever had and we waited and hour just to get our food. There was nobody else in the restaurant and the steak was frozen at one point and tasted horrible. NEVWR go again!

The waiter who served me and the people I was with was awesome , he made sure that our drinks were topped off, made sure that we had hot rolls until our meals were served, then he asked if anyone wanted to take some rolls home before we left.
