We got seated right away and the service was excellent during the whole evening. The steaks were cooked just right and the nachos were incredible. I love to dine out first time and the last time at this restaurant.the staff was great the cooking not so much. I don’t know may be the cook having a bad day since we waited almost 2hrs for the food. Just three words over cooked,under cooked,bland.my girls was up set because this was there mother day gift to me.management did try to smooth things over.

I love near this restaurant. I’ve visited on two different occasions and both times got horrible service and mediocre food. My last visit was the worst. We sat in the bar and ordered food. The place was dead…maybe two other tables and after 40 minutes for APPETIZERS we asked about our food. About 5 minutes later this arm appeared between us with some food on it. The food was placed on the bar and the person disappeared. Never said a word. No I’m sorry for the delay, here’s your food, enjoy, f-off…..nothing! The bartender then tells us it was the manager who delivered the food! It’s not surprising though because they don’t even care about the appearance of their building. The exterior red neon lights going around the building, meant to enhance the appreance of the Logan name has sections out and they’ve been out for months. If you care about your building appearance to entice people to come inside it’s not wonder you don’t provide quality food and service to get them to come back. Sad.

Food was not good at all. Ordered some loaded potato skins which I think were microwaved. Had the flight and it was pure alcohol , also ordered some wings and they were mushy not good at all. Told my server about the drinks and he didn’t charge so kudos but the they wouldn’t remove the wings. There were like 6 servers standing around when we were seated but took long for someone to come see us. Servers were fooling not acting professional and The manager didn’t even come by. I will never be going back really one of the worst experiences I’ve every had.

I went to this location for lunch. I choose the 2 meals for 15.99 deal. The sirloin was made the way I requested and the salmon was very good. I also had their long island ice tea which was pretty strong, the way I like it.

Steakhouses should be able to cook meat to requested temperature the first time. 3 steaks at my table were cooked over/under temp and the table next to us received undercooked pork chops. Decent flavor but overall nothing special.

The service took 1 hour to get me my steak. I asked for it medium well and it came well done and chewy. My side dishes were mac n cheese and cole slaw the server put broccoli and when i told the server i asked for mac n cheese she cut me off and ignored what i said while walking away.

Had to actually greet the greeter. We were sat right away as they were not busy. We waited for 15 mins. I made eye contact with 3 servers and waved at one of them, but was completely ignored and could not get a server to help us. I can understand when a restaurant is busy and server are run thin. This was not the case. I will never return to this location. And I am happily sitting in Texas roadhouse which is only a couple of mile away. Blows logans food and service out of the water.
