The food was very delicious, well cooked. I feel the baked potato needed more but still good as well. The buttered rolls was very delicious soft and sweet. the staff was very friendly. Our waiter was excellent making sure we was good.

Burger sliders came out charred and black. Looked like they ripped a patty in half. Other meal cam out with wrong toppings. They don’t review the tickets when they cook. They don’t check the food before they send it out of the kitchen. Server was forgetful even though writing down. He even forgot to put in the tables order that he took right before we placed ours. Server consistently forgot our drinks and husband had to go to bar to get it

Honestly, it all depends on the server or bartender. I’ve had bad experiences at the same location but tonight, Mikayla gave 5 star service at 45 minutes until closing. She made sure my food came out exactly as I ordered it and my drink was replenished before I noticed it was low. Absolutely loved dinner tonight!

Our waitress was good. The kitchen was not. Potato skins came to the table burnt and had to be remade. Steaks were not cooked correctly 1 was sent back the other I just ate. I had a gift card and since THEIR server was down it somehow was MY issue. I was able to show on the app the balance was there and available. I paid on my credit card and sent an email just asking to have the charges reversed and re ran on the gift card. Only asking because the Logan’s near my house is also terrible in the kitchen. The response from the restaurant was a hard no.

Y’all really dropped the ball. I ordered the shrimp scampi pasta. It came out dry like almost no Alfredo sauce out it at all just dry noodles, some shredded cheese and overcooked shrimp. I sent it back and asked for additional sauce. Y’all sent it back looking worse than it did when it left. If you’re not going to remake the dish at least make it look like you remade it. Y’all took the pasta (that was already dry) and poured store bought sauce on top of it and didn’t even bother to reheat it so now the texture, temperature & everything about the dish is off. I sent it back a second time and asked it be removed from my ticket. My son and fiancé ate their food and I’m sitting there with no food. To add insult to injury the waitress and the restaurant acted like they could careless. The manager in shift didn’t come out to apologize nor did the waitress. I will not be back.

My salmon was completely raw inside. And cold. When I told our waitress she took the salmon and brought it back again after maybe 2 minutes. It was the same piece I’d cut into. I knew they’d just microwaved it that quick. It was disgusting it tasted very bad. And then when we asked to not be charged she rolled her eyes and didn’t speak and walked away. She was very rude. However, we were not charged for it. Although they tried to charge us.

Delicious meal with my date. Started at the bar while we waited for a table. Bartender very helpful with suggestion on a drink for a diabetic. Great service at the table too. Wonderful dinner experience. We were so tired from our travels. This was a perfect ending to the trip.

Food was great. Service was slow, however we did go on a Sunday afternoon. I’ve always had a satisfying experience at Logans. We usually go as a family which is normally a party of at least 12. That said, the waitress/waiter are very attentive to each of us.

Walked in and stood there watching three of the workers carry on there conversation at the host stand while we stood there staring at the back of their heads while they were laughing and pretending like they hadn’t just watched up walk in! They finally turn around and I say just a table for two please! She said with a VERY snobby attitude “that will be a 30 to 45 minute wait. I look around the restaurant and the place isn’t even half full! No worries, we’re headed to the one in Pearl! Maybe they’ll be more professional!!
