Good atmosphere. Steaks are great. Service was good. Ribs were not as seasoned as I wanted but very meaty and meat falls off easily. Great hot wings and cheese sticks. Side dishes are really good. Kid plates are big.

Walked in to 4 waitresses and a hostess standing at the hostess station, we requested a table for 2. A waitress wanted to seat us immediately but the hostess told us it would be a couple of minutes. The restaurant was not busy and we waited 25 minutes before we were seated at which time we got tired of waiting and seated ourselves. I watched as tables were left dirty for up to 20 minutes and I counted numerous empty tables but customers were waiting 20-30 minutes to be seated. All the while the waitresses and hostess were chatting it up at the hostess station. Our food was mediocre at best. It was served warm, not hot. My chicken was dry and the rice was tasteless. My husband’s steak was medium when it wad ordered well done and his shrimp was cold. During the meal there was a large roach crawling up the wall and when our waitress alerted the assistant manager he just stood there and watched it crawl away up the wall. I watched a half clean table that seated 6 sit during or entire meal while families waited to be seated. I was so disappointed. I used to live going to this place. The manager came over to speak to us and when we told him or experience he said everyone has a bad night. This is not a bad night, this is bad management and poor employees. I would not recommend anyone I know you go here. It has become so poorly ran and the customer service is laughable. It’s sad because it was once a great place to go.

So this place is horrible. The food was ice cold and took forever to come out. The waitress was good but not sure where the break down was in getting the food out. We had a appetizer that came out fine. The waitress informed us the kitchen was short handed and they had complaints already about it.

The ” Logan” steak was cooked just the way I ordered, medium rare. I was expecting more flavor out of the mashed potatoes, but it was good enough.

Food wasn’t bad, but nothing special. Was told a 45min wait, which was odd cause half the place was empty. Then an hour later they finally called us after they had clear ALL tables except two. Meaning the restaurant was almost completely empty. I saw 3 different waitresses and 2 hostesses so this wasn’t a staffing issue. Then after 10 minutes at the table our waitress finally came and got our drink and food orders. Took almost another 10 to get our drinks. Food finally came and all 4 adult entrees we’re messed up. Never got refills on our drinks. We saw our waitress 4 times the entire time we were there. Pathetic.

Having dinner here USED to be a decent experience, but our last 2 visits have been sub par. Obvious shortage of servers and hosts. I had to get up and get our own silverware because none was given to us at seating nor was it noticed when food was brought out. Questionable freshness of food to the point our server, who stated she was having to pull double duty because they were short staffed, stated she even thought the salad looked strange. 2 of 3 steaks were improperly cooked, and because we don’t like to send food back are being taken home to microwave; also wrong sides were given. Person who brought food out asked if anything else was needed, we asked for Worcestershire sauce and the proper side, which she never bothered to return with either. Upon leaving, saw several of what few wait-staff was there hanging out on the back patio talking and smoking. For there to be several other options for steakhouses within a 2 mile drive from this establishment, I would think they would stress service and quality a little more in order to stay competitive. We won’t be back.

The staff and food are wonderful! We had our son’s 13th birthday dinner here and it was awesome. My son wants to go there next year for his birthday!! All the staff were so attentive always stopping to check on us. Could not have been treated better! Will definitely keep coming back♥️
