The pho next door was full so we tried this fusion restaurant. We got lucky. The service is very nice and friendly. Speaks good English and Vietnamese. Bún mắm is their specialty and the gf had tried all the ones in town she says it’s the best, she normally doesn’t finish the bowl but she did. They did take a bit long in my fried rice so they comped me another shrimp fried rice. It was very good, one of the best, not wet not dry, good level of flavoring not bland not salty. Same for the crawfish fried rice. Their sauces were very clean and their pickled garlic was well pickled. Added a lot of flavor to the crawfish for me because I’m used to a lot of garlic. Pics are not great was, because I almost demolished it before realizing I need to give them the credit they deserve. I’d say best fried rice in town.

Restaurant has several booth tables and a couple of long tables that can accomodate larger parties. This is a newer construction, nice looking/modern building, with plenty of parking. The couple of beef dishes I tried were delicious. The protein was tender, all the ingredients were very tasty and the portions were the perfect size.

This restaurant is fantastic! It offers a multitude of Southern Vietnamese style dishes that you don’t see around Little Saigon. The taste is flavorful and it feels like you’re in Vietnam again! Along with southern style Vietnamese food, the restaurant offers delicious asian fusion dishes full of flavor and great sauces! The staff are very kind and hard working! 100 percent recommend!

Delicious Vietnamese food that isn’t your typical pho and bun cha. We enjoyed the vermicelli with crispy roast pork. Reminded me of northern style bun cha that required hands and getting a little messy but rewarded with great flavors.

Flavorful, but little sweet for my taste.

The flavor of the nui xao bo was interesting, definitely butter forward and generous with the garlic. The banh canh Tom cua was also just what the Dr ordered after all these dehydrating days. The cha gio hai san I would pass on, it’s the usual egg skin wrap and the filling isn’t as seafood full as one would hope. The iced tea is a black tea, so I would also recommend passing if you’re expecting the usual jasmine or green tea.
