I see why they call it lol because the food they served me has to be a joke, i had a very unsatisfactory experience here and wish 0 stars was an option. My friend ordered lunch for us here via Doordash. We were told on the app that it would take about 15-25 minutes for our order to be ready for pickup. We arrived at the restaurant after the recommended time and our food was not ready. Ok cool that wasn’t a problem as they did have a sign explaining how everything was made fresh to order. So we ended up waiting an additional 15-20 minutes for our food to come out. I ordered the 10 piece with half lemon pepper/hot honey. Unfortunately i didn’t look at my order prior to Lea the restaurant as the counter staff bagged the plate up and i didn’t think to check prior to leaving. So damn good! Burgers are top tier! Chef Trece was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the byo impossible burger with many toppings which were all free. My niece had a byo turkey burger with toppings including bacon which again were all free. My niece said the burger was amazing and that the bacon was thick cut and crispy. I also got a lil baby impossible burger which the Chef made accommodations to make. Everyone was satisfied. Will be back soon! Thank you again Chef Trece.

Upon entry I mistakenly assumed that this experience would be your average fast-food burger experience. Well I was wrong. Because the burgers are made to order it took a little more time than I initially thought but after biting into my brioche encased sandwich I completely understood. You can definitely tell when a meal is made with love. If beef is not your thing, they offer turkey and non-meat options. Our teenagers loved the flavored lemonades. The chef took the time to come out to greet my family of five and to confirm our satisfaction. Service and Satisfaction…5 Stars!

The burger was AMAZING! One of the best I’ve had in a long time. You can definitely tell they use fresh ingredients and it’s cook to order, but definitely worth the wait. And the bourbon wings were a great choice. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent burgers! I had the OMG with turkey patty and sweet potato fries. Husband had LOL beef burger with LOL fries with Cajun seasoning. Son had OMG with screwdriver fries. We all LOVED everything! And very cool vibe . Can’t wait to come back to try a different burger.

Me and My sister, nicece. When here for the first time. I order the Kiss burger it came with Fries, I did not check the burger I just put Mayonnaise on it . I took two bit. That when my sister said her burger was raw . It was true my burger were raw in the inside two . My stomach start hurting so bad. I was so sick. I sure went to doctor. Got home I call back in ask to speak to manger. The guy said may I help you. I told him I had came earlier and me and my sister burger was raw. He said to me raw. I said yes raw. I told him I had ate half of mys but my sister didn’t eat hers. He said did u take pic of the burger I say no But I take pic now . He said ok. I got to talk to the manager let me get your name and number he give you call back. It’s Tuesday no call back yet. And my niece wings was to big . They give her most of drum wings . About 3 flat . She said the wings was not good at all. Next time somebody going to take far. Y’all cannot be selling people raw beef This is unacceptable. I will not be return to this place. We waste our money.
