We were surprised by how terrible this place is from a guests point of view. We were confused when we arrived and no one welcomed us or told us how this lousy restaurant treats their guests. We sat down and finally realized no one is coming. This is NOT a large place so to be ignored takes some effort on the staffs part. The staff were one lady in charge (?) and then young “in training” people. The lady was openly teaching the young staff how to open a bottle of wine. It was like a day at school watching her bark out to them how to do this and that. They were not focused on the guests in the restaurant. You have to get your own table and go up to an area to get your own plastic glass of water. You have to get yourself a copy of the photocopied black and white paper menu. Decide what you want and then you go up to the student cashier and place your order – where they expect you to give them a tip NOW before you even get any service or food to base a tip on. Notice that RED FLAG before going further. This is all about them getting what they can from you before you know better. We did order and the salad $12 came out wrong and caused such confusion. They don’t even know their own food items. Then before we even enjoyed the salad, which tasted good. The $30 entrees came so fast that we we rushed and knew that the entrees were not made with care. The jumbo lump crab cake with pappardelle was mediocre. The crab cake tasted like a poor fish cake not crab. Don’t waste your time or your money on this dish. Noodles were stuck together and clumped. If you knew after your meal you certainly wouldn’t be interested in tipping so I’m sure that is why they squeeze the money out of you at the start before you know better. The price for the mediocre food isn’t worth it. The service is insulting. The atmosphere is not friendly, is not welcoming it is more like you are lucky to be here we will see if you deserve our attention. You can do better at the local Olive Garden. Buyer Beware of this place.

We loved the food! Two of us had shrimp pasta dishes, and one of us had chicken parmigiana. All three dishes were amazingly good.

Excellent food and drinks. Very fun and friendly atmosphere. I was skeptical because it is an order at the counter place. But it really was not a bid deal.I would go back without a second thought!

By far the best food we had all week. If we had found this place first it would have been the only place for us. Tom sat with us at the bar and suggested food and drinks. The halibut with risotto was the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten. Truly the very best. —- and the oysters…… INCREDIBLE!

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately it did not work out. I was there twice during my vacation. The food was very expensive considering no one was there to take care of you at all, everything with self serve. And you eat with plastic utensils. The second time I was there, I found the bartender to be extremely rude. It is just a very snobby and unhelpful and unwelcoming atmosphere in the restaurant. And again, it’s not cheap to eat there. You have to order your food find your own table and when it’s crowded, that can be somewhat difficult. I would not encourage anyone to go to this restaurant, nor will I ever go back when I visit the area.

Wow! If you haven’t eaten here you are truly missing out. Everything is freshly prepared by an excellent chef. You won’t regret eating here because the food was outstanding!!! I had chicken piccata with Alfredo sauce. So good, it was as if my Nona cooked it herself. I had already eaten quite a bit of my dinner. Just so you know the pasta is freshly made. My husband had the crab cake dish. He said it was so fresh. The drinks are good too. Other people in our party got spaghetti bolognese, and pizza. The desserts were so good too!! I will definitely be back when we are in town. Thank you for an outstanding meal!!

Very pricey for the business model. It’s a walk up ordering counter in an upscale area. Servers bring the food. Total cost plus tip was $110 for three people. One meal each and a soda can each. Great food. Price is too imo high for the experience, food, and self seating model.

Rosemary beach is so gorgeous, but the restaurants are all lack luster. This one takes the cake. You have to go up to the counter to order your 30$ plate of food to eat with plastic utensils. Try finding a clean table or a bar seat that someone isn’t “ holding” for a friend. The less than friendly bartenders allow this bc “ these are their people” – legit. They don’t like tourists. Just sad.
