Super clean! Staff are super friendly and happy. The pictures do not do the food justice. I had pecan pancakes and asked for chocolate chips. They were light, crispy, fluffy, and not greasy at all. We also had biscuits and (sausage) gravy which were beyond my expectations. The biscuits were still textured and crispy, the gravy was not too heavy and just the right amount of sausage imo.

You want real real American breakfast? You’re at the right spot! Very delicious, tasty and HUGE portions. I love the lively atmosphere and the kind folks. The interior is classic 60s style with lots of cute booths. The cheese omelette and pancakes are very good. Coffee hot and fresh.

This place is outstanding! I recommend the bisuits and gravy. My eggs were perfectly cooked, and the hashbrowns were the best I have ever had. The biscuits were to die for! We ate at a different breakfast spot yesterday with 4.7 stars. The food was awful and it was very expensive. We will be back for sure.

Let’s begin this review with the most important aspect – try the Swedish pancakes! Absolutely amazing. Even their standard pancake stack is delicious. They have a good mix of home cooked taste with that unique restaurant quality.

Lola’s has been a staple in my family since they opened. It’s decorated like a classic 50s diner complete with some memorabilia and wares from that time. They serve breakfast and lunch and close in the afternoon.

Man, what a nice little place to have a breakfast. My son and I were in Illinois on a family matter and had each flown in at the same time. We decided to have breakfast and ended up at Lola’s. The atmosphere is pure classic diner. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was generous and quite tasty. About my only gripe would be the coffee, which tasted weak to both of us. That said, it seemed that the coffee at every restaurant up there was weak. Regardless, if I have a morning flight into O’Hare again, I will definitely hit Lola’s for another breakfast!
