A coworker and I have visited Lolis two days in a row ordered the same exact thing the first day no problems everything seemed fresh. The second day I got the fish taco and the shrimp taco with a side of guacamole and chips. The chips where extremely stale, the fish was extremely hard, and it wasn’t even fish at all because fish doesn’t split the way this fish did. It was not fish at all. The shrimp are OK and in substitution of cabbage like they normally have, they gave me lettuce for some reason I don’t Know why (but I ordered online) I wanted to call and see if I could get some type of exchange because I was on my lunch break they did never answer the phone after multiple attempts and they close before I get off work so I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again and also guacamole tasted nasty. I frequent Lolis Benjamin and Gandy locations and they aren’t bad at all especially if u eat there.

Lolis is good food hidden in the back of the plaza. Went on Sunday and it was not too crowded but they apparently were understaffed. Wanted to get horchata or fresh lemonade but they were both out because not enough people in the back. We had the chicken quesadilla and the Carne asada bowls. Both were delicious and cam recommend them highly. It did take about 15 20 minutes to come out however so come with some time or order for pickup. They also have a nice outdoor patio area if you like eating outside. Overall I’d recommend and be back.

Second time here. First time was fantastic, this time, not so much. I ordered a variety of things for pickup at a certain time (2 hours in advance) using their online ordering. Not only was the food cold, their main entrance was locked (something happened that day?). I had to knock on their side door to get my order and microwave the food when I got home since it was likely cooked the moment I placed the order. I do think this was an exception rather than the norm, but I was quite disappointed.

Soooo good here! My go to tacos are carne asada, & pastor ! Pair it with a horchata or Fresa drink and call it a day. I grew up San Diego California, and ate legit Mexican food, and this meets my standard for sure !!! I go here probably at least once a month

Still the best tacos In Tampa! I hadn’t been to this location by the university. It’s very convenient with good parking and lots of seating inside and out. The staff were a bit short handed but they were working hard to make our delicious lunch!

I placed an order for two different tacos and then recieved 2 completely different tacos. It was mentioned to me and I was asked if I wanted what I ordered. Of course, I said yes. However, they then go on to ask me to pay for the tacos I should have originally recieved (again). That’s not really they way customer service works.

Food is always great but we were missing multiple items from our order and waited almost an hour when it wasn’t busy. My friend was told she didn’t pay for her taco but she did. I watched people that ordered 30 minutes after me get their food while I was still waiting.

This was my 2nd time at the 56th Street location. Went with a friend the 1st time and new my son would like it. The tamales (1 chicken and 1 Chile relleno) were filling, we also had a chorizo tacos, Carne asada taco, Carne asada quesadilla. I also enjoyed a horchata. Will definitely go back.
