Beautiful location to have brunch, but the food was just ok. It seemed like a lot of their dishes just involved putting a lot of Mexican ingredients onto a single plate, so the individual flavors were lost. The guacamole was very good and fresh. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable for the generous portions. I probably wouldn’t come back again.

Always a good time at Lolita’s. Their cocktails have been on point most of the times but this time round I found the house margarita not quite up to standard. Just felt off. The ambience indoors is quite surreal bordering on the spooky if you really aren’t into skulls and red/black colour theme. Our waitstaff was very polite, attentive and helped us with our ordering while we got a little too confused. Make sure to get reservations or else you wouldn’t really be able to get a table during the weekends. We also checked out their patio which was quite full and considering it was a hot day out, our choice to stay indoors helped.

This was such an experience from the moment we walked down the stairs to the moment we left. Sitting right on the water getting patio seating is difficult but that was expected. Reservations inside are required especially during the evenings I would recommend on a Thursday. The vibe is dark and gloomy but not too much, music is on point makes you want to dance! Service was incredible with the start of a pallete cleanser and finished with complementary cotton candy treat it was fun. Dishes were small and delicious. Highly recommend!

Chicken quesadillas as appetizers were so good, heavily loaded with chicken, highly recommend. The grilled street corn had a little too much mayo and cheese for me so it was very mushy. The grilled steak tacos were good but saltier than I would’ve liked. The ambience inside was dark and candlelit, but the outdoor patio seating was super cute and on the waterfront.

Lolita Fort Point, a sparkling gem nestled at 253 Summer Street, serves a compelling blend of fusion Mexican cuisine in a picturesque location by the river. It boasts a 3.75-star food rating, with tasty dishes paired exquisitely with a splendid selection of house cocktails. The décor is stunning, and the ambiance, elevated by lively music, adds a vibrant layer to the dining experience. However, be prepared for an at-times long queue; weekend reservation is recommended.

We had an excellent time! It was our first visit and we didn’t know what to expect. The atmosphere was terrific. The service was great. And the granita and cotton candy surprises were so fun! The food was also very flavorful and delicious. The tuna totasda was particularly amazing. We will be returning and recommend to anyone looking for great food and drinks in the city!

I was only looking for street corn and ended up with way more… From getting here, to sitting down at the table, this is an EXPERIENCE. We travelled alongside the bay, taking in the beautiful scenic views until we reached what looked like a stone cavern at the restaurants entrance. The patio was full, but sitting inside turned out to be a treat of its own. We were immediately greeted by elegant gothic fixtures, and a colorful indoor bar that would keep me entranced until last call. With all this, you would think you’re paying for just the ambience, but let me tell you, the food took this experience to the next level. A little pricier that I wanted, but once I sat down, I knew there was no way I was leaving. The menu is filled with traditional Hispanic staples, clearly explained for those who may not be familiar (me). We were served plentiful portions packed with flavor, definitely worth what you pay for it. And to bring things full circle… the street corn was everything I imagined I’ve been to a lot of restaurants around Boston, but this may very well be the most memorable.

The food was outstanding and affordable. Street tacos were great…but the cornbread was crazy memorable. We also got to sample burger sliders…so moist and flavorful. Drinks were great.
