The carne asada meat they make is great. Love the flavor and texture. The Spanish rice is also good. Having said that, the refried beans and french fries seemed like they came from a package. Be prepared to wait for your food after placing your order. Ours took over 30 minutes to come out so order ahead of you can. My carne asada burrito was half empty. All the meat and guacamole was on one end with French fries filling up the rest. Parking is easy with the large lots. It’s located in an outdoor food court setting behind the fountain. Right next door is what looks like a church in a commercial space.

Been going to Lolita’s for years! Overall they are a solid place to get decent Mexican food. They are consistent when it comes to taste – service varies – but never horrible. When it is busy – you will wait… typically go for lunch or non-busy times. I do recommend for lunch – the value is absolutely worth it.

I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered the Carne Asada. It was very flavorful, tender pieces of meat. The beans remind me of my dad’s, refried in good ol bacon grease, yummy! The rice is good too.

Kids and I go there after having fun at Skyzone. Their beans are so good. We tried the loaded nachos and they were awesome. Shredded beef burrito was very tender and had good flavor. The salsa bar is good. Wish they had spicier salsa though, but the radishes and cebollitas are a nice touch.

Fantastic breakfast burrito! Flavorful, bountiful, and perfect for the takeout.

Food is crazy expensive for the quantity. Your $10-12 burrito looks like it could be a kindergartner’s lunch, instead of a real meal. Service is good, generally friendly and accommodating. Nothing wrong with the establishment or it’s staff, but the bang for buck value totally lacks and I would rather drive 20 minutes for a burrito then go to this place again.

Only issue, if you order online for pick up, it’s a 3rd party and you are charged $9 to pick-up. Food is as good as I remember. Don’t live in the area anymore, so don’t get here as often.

Love it here. The Carne Asado was awesome, crazy, cool, and Lit! Sheesh! Like the new kids slang! My homie Eduardo surely knows how to bust it down! Bust it down making these tacos, man!

Ordered a Tsunami burrito and evidently they have decided to cut costs. What should have been steak and shrimp ended up being mostly lettuce. This was hands down the worst burrito! This is a surefire way to lose customers. Good thing Birria Kings is opening up next door! You would think Lolitas would try and keep up with the competition rather than cheat their customers and drive a stake through their own heart!
