Food was ok. Got a big piece of fatty gristle in my steak so that sucked. Also they asked if I wanted rice OR beans and I had to pay an extra $3.50 to have both. Kinda odd. And way expensive for just a small plate of bean purée. Asked for check and waited for 20 min before just walking to the front.

Traveling thru. Service was the worst I’ve had. Was definitely just our waitress. Had to ask for straws, menus took 15 mins from entering, when food came out took another 5 mins before we got silverware ( told our waitress and she still didn’t get it another waitress did), had to ask for refills. First time in my life I’ve never left a tip. Food was hot and decent.

Food is wonderful and has been each time I’ve been in! However, wait staff is absolutely HORRIBLE! They have no respect for customers or their time. It is a very unwelcoming environment from the second you walk in. No one is there to greet you or even take the time to walk you to be seated at a table. This is the second occasion that it has taken over 20 minutes to receive service, and another 30 minues from receiving drinks to have our order taken. The back of the house staff does a wonderful job keeping up with their business, but the servers are disrespectful. Upon request for a manager the front of the house staff gathered up and questioned as to why we needed to see the manager and refused to let us speak to him/her.

My wife and I have been coming here for a few years, last night was probably the worst experience at a restaurant we had. We arrived was seated and took out drink order and asked for queso. We sat for 10 min waiting. Another couple arrived and seated next to us. We waited another 10 min. 20 min has passed, still no drinks no queso. A waiter comes serves the other couples drinks take there order. We kindly asked for our drinks and dip. Was told our waiter would be with us. Now 25 min a guy walks bye throws our dip at us at the table and asks what our drinks was again. They finally bring my wife’s drink, made wrong. We are almost 1/2 hour in and the other table order is taking and we ask what is going on. Still haven’t seen our waiter since being seated. We inform them that we are leaving. They then try to charge us the full bill for a drink that was made wrong and the bowl of queso they threw at us at the table. They treated us like we was the problem despite the fact sitting at the table for 30 min before we even got our drinks and the other tables being served food that came in way after us! Horrible service and attitude that I have never seen before. I can say we will no longer be going back !
