Must try Mexican food truck in Beardstown. The truck is parked inside Conoco Gas station. Food was tasty and the guys were very friendly and speak less to no english. Loved their Jalisco Chicken and Quesadilla.

Always leary of food trucks but just had the best tacos rice and beans even came with limes and some really nice couple sauces. The other half got a chicken casadilla and said it was the best she ever had as well. Very reaonable prices portions are great.

This place has the best shrimp tacos I have ever had. It’s cheap, fast and I’m willing to bet it’s the best Mexican food you’ve ever had. It’s slim pickins for truck drivers here in Beardstown. Park across the street or walk over while you’re getting washed out. You will not be sorry!!
