Mobile BBQ Trailer brings Central Texas BBQ to St George. Mark Cunningham grew up in Dallas Texas and was around Central Texas BBQ. Brisket was always a favorite. He moved to St George and quickly realized there is no authentic BBQ in this town. He cooks on a offset smoker and only uses wood. No propane or other elements are used to bring heat. The meet is kissed with just enough smoke to bring it a nice bark and infuse the wonderful flavor into the meat. Texas is famous for its brisket, but he also does a perfect pulled pork, ribs and any other meat out there. His passion comes through in the quality of cook. Come and enjoy some Central Texas BBQ ,

The beans were hard to eat and watered down tasting, the potato salad tasted like it was out of a box, the brisket was dry didn’t pull apart easily and was flavorless without barbecue sauce, it was extremely over priced food and drinks
