Order the a steak, but I was not impressed. The steak filled the void in my stomach so that is a plus. The ice tea was okay. If you claim a restaurant with “steakhouse” in the name, I would think that you make sure you always strive to have the best around.The rice was okay also. The meat was a little, not bad, just a little tough. The restaurant looked nice inside and the service was good. The stars are for the service and the cleanliness.

Our service was great! The waitress was on the spot and got everything right. My steak was cooked perfectly and only 1 steak of the 13 in my party was sent back. I’d say that’s pretty good considering how picky most people can be when it comes to steak. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had at any steak house in recent years. I’ll will certainly be returning!

The first dinner I had here was perfect. My steak was cooked to perfection. I like a bloody rare steak, I prefer to suckle on the soul of the animal I am devouring and the manager made his rounds table to table. The staff seemed upbeat and happy which is good sign of leadership. The second trip though deducted 2 stars for the dirty table and over cooked steak. The good service and upbeat staff was still present though.

I have been to this place more times than I can count. In the last 5 years it has went down dramatically. I have even wrote the manager explaining the lack of excellence in the taste of the food and the less than perfect service we have been receiving. I now come about once a year in which I always say: “we will give it another shot, maybe they have changed.” Every time I say this I walk out saying I’m done. The food has not been made right the last 5 times. I am not a picky person you can ready my other review of other restaurants where I commend the quality. I know this is not a 5 star restaurant however that doesn’t change the fact they need to step up for the prices they charge.

Normally I would say that the food and experience are very good. However, our last visit was sub-par. I had to keep reminding the waitress to bring our food and drinks and when it arrived, it was “room temperature.” I finally had more than I could take when the added “carry out” order took nearly 20 minutes to arrive after ordering (and reminding the waitress), I finally got a manager involved.

Don’t visit here late in the evening. They’re more concerned about closing up than they are serving customers within the last hour. The appetizer came out 2 minutes before the meal. Our entrees were cold on the inside but hot on the outside. The side dishes were served in cups that were only about half full. That is fine if you only want 2 spoonfuls of green beans or macaroni and cheese.The waiter was nice and service was adequate. It wasn’t worth what we paid.

2 people in my party ordered steak to be cooked medium. Both came out very well done. My meal was just okay I got the chicken fried steak. I’d give it 2 stars, however the waitress and management staff were very friendly and attentive and offered to discount the steaks due to their over doneness. Overall, I wouldn’t return.

I would rate this zero stars if possible! I promise if you have any experience with high class food or anything of the sort, don’t eat here! Avoid at all costs! The food is terrible even compared to “fast food” I would rather have Burger King instead of the disorganized mess they serve here. The only pleasant experience was the waitress, although since the food was completely wrong we had to send it back and call the manager. She acted as if we bothered her and tried to pull a fast one, what she needs to do is start walking her whale ass around the block! Worst service I have ever had!
