We have had a great meal here twice. The ribs, sides and sauce are delicious. We’ve ordered two family dinners and have been happy with all the options. The “Domesticated Wolf” homemade sauce is also a winner. Tonight we had it on hamburgers in place of ketchup and even the kids liked it!

First and foremost, I am writing this review because I desperately want a good restaurant in this town. I live here, I love BBQ, and I was genuinely excited about this place opening. First take out, and it didn’t end well. Half rack of ribs undercooked and flavorless, like I honestly wonder how they were cooked? The flavor in a rib usually comes from some kind of smoke, but there was nothing, and the sauce wasn’t bad, but that was the only hint of flavor in the entire dish. We ordered a few other items, and those too, were void of freshness and flavor. Perhaps there is something really good on their menu that I missed out on, but I’m going to have to give it time, and wait to hear a good review until I try again.

I am giving 3 stars to be as neutral as possible. We have wanted to try this place since it opened. Each time we decide to order, it’s closed. I’m writing basically in hopes that the owners will see this: Please change your phone message. You still have the same message announcing the Grand Reopening in July that never happened. Please, leave a current useful and informative message. Also, please, correct your website to actual days and hours you are open or some information regarding this. Wishing you much luck and hoping we will be able to give you a try soon.

Unfortunately, this was the worst bbq I’ve ever(!) had!! The 30$ rack of ribs not only tasted like it been frozen, it also must have been “finished” in a deep fryer cuz they tasted like old fry grease…yuck! Literally, inedible!!
