Been here twice. The service is great and they treat you like family. Tables and atmosphere could be cleaner. I’ve seen flies both times. Food is just ok for a diner. Good price, but not a large portion or great quality. It’s not bad for a local joint, but if I have other diner options, this would be a lower choice place.

I would never go here again. We waited forever to be seated. Once we were seated, we waited over 20 minutes for a waitress to take our order. At that point she states “we are no longer serving breakfast.” I said “well, were you 20min ago?” She said “yes m’am.” So that means we’d have to look at the menu again to order for us and our 2 young kids who were already been losing their patience waiting for food that wasn’t even ordered yet. The service was so bad, I didn’t even care to try the food or continue to wait so we left. It’s unfortunate because we love small cafes and had the service been different, we would’ve probably been regulars.

This food is actually good across da board. Seasoned well and very flavorful. I jus add a lil pepper to taste, no salt needed. And da grips where made correctly!!! But…i got one critique as the Cronkite of Google reviews, it was cold a.f. in that place!!! Can yall not have some heat goin on at nite for da morning customers!?! I mean, damn…had to put my hoodie on to cover my head and ears!!!

Ate lunch Saturday afternoon @ the Lonesome Spur in Justin TX. It was YUMMY! I think my meal of flower shell tacos and onion rings was the best. But Taylor’s Spur burger looks delicious too. I tried to talk Lonnie into the tacos but he wanted the club sandwich. Monica loved her blackened chicken salad with hot sauce added to the dressing for extra kick.
