Lonestar is a BBQ restaurant which specialize in home made sausage and slow smoked meats. Our signature sausages are handmade using All Beef or Beef and Pork blends. Our Briskets, Ribs, Chicken and Sausages are smoked with a Texas Oak giving it a mild smoke flavor reminiscent of the food my Grandfather prepared when I was a child.

I had a 5 hour layover in Houston, so I decided to get some BBQ. WOW! what a great find. I had the brisket, ribs, turkey and sausage. The were all really good. The owner gave me the sausage for free because he wanted me to taste it. My favorites were the brisket (moist and tasty) and the amazing homemade sausage. However, what I liked most about the place was the warmth of the people who owned it and worked there. Dorian was an energetic server who made you feel welcome as soon as you came through the door. I really enjoyed meeting everyone. I liked it so much I convinced my Uber driver to give it a try. Looking forward to coming back.

Old school bbq joint!!! Food and service were really good. I ordered a three meat plate, chicken plate, a Cajun link, egg rolls and some sides. Food was really well seasoned. My fav side was the collard greens and fav appetizer was the boudin egg rolls. I ordered curbside and the service was exceptional!! My family and I will definitely be back.

It was amazing! I ate one full rib before I realized it didn’t have any sauce! Seasoned to perfection you really don’t need it but I love a good bbq sauce.. the sausage really top tier, the brisket, the baked beans, the potato salad OMG LISTEN y’all! Get down there n tell them Keisha from Dallas sent ya you won’t be disappointed. It’s a very nice lil hidden gem nice atmosphere, & frozen margaritas y’all!! 10/10

Great bbq, big portions and a super friendly staff. 07/15/23 was our first time here after seeing a FB review. The gentlemen and I’m assuming his wife were friendly and very helpful explaining the menu. We live in spring and will return for round two in the future. Go Cowboys!!!

Visited from South Florida and this place was the BEST stop ever. Service was amazing. Assistant manager was taking/serving orders. Owner came out to greet us. Ribs are the BEST i’ve ever tasted. My boyfriend could not stop talking about their brisket. WILL BE COMING BACK

This place is a hidden gem. Went here randomly with some coworkers. The menu has everything you want from the classic brisket, hot links, bbq chicken, ribs and pull pork. The sides are massive. We got the fried okra and it came out on a huge tray. We had a vegetarian in our party and they definitely accommodate them as well. Their portions are massive.

Some of the best bbq I’ve tasted in a long time. The sausage & ribs are my absolute favorite! The baked potatoes are HUGE! You can eat off of them at least 2 or 3 times & they have great portions for the price. The people that work there are friendly & welcoming & make you feel like family! I dream about those sausages, lol! You will not be disappointed if you try this place!

Lonestar Sausage & BBQ serves outstanding Texas BBQ. I ordered the 3 meat plate, and chose ribs, brisket and sausage; for sides I ordered baked beans, dirty rice and coleslaw. The meats were incredible. The brisket cut I ordered was the point/moist (fatty) cut of brisket, which was outstanding. The ribs were perfectly flavored and had great consistency. The sausage was home made and had great flavor. The portion size of the meat was enormous, I suggest if you order the 3 meat or more platter you share it between two people or plan to have leftovers.
