First of all the lady at the register did not smile, she seemed a little bothered when I asked for a large instead of a medium. The preparation was quick. I ordered a pineapple and coconut raspado which is crushed ice and blended coconut and pineapple. It was tasty but it was a bit on the syrupy side. I got half way done and because the pineapple was more on the bottom it became more syrupy. I went to the counter and brought my purse and said could I pay extra for Ice as it would balance it out. I was told they would have to charge me the full price for of 6 as if I was getting another raspado. I will not return. I’m used to good customer service and what would a 1/4 cup break them? Don’t get me wrong it was a good raspado but I am sorry they didn’t make it perfect. I am on the quest for the perfect raspdo so far Bionico Zapopan and Las Palmas are top.

Poor service, unprofessional and uncleanly. The couple or pair of people in this establishment were arguing when I walked in and then continued to spread their negativity. I was harassed and spoken to unkindly so I did not order and instead walked out.

Have to give it a 5 star. I first started going there when we moved to Long Beach . Ever since i discovered it in 2011 i keep going back . Best bionics ever , nothing comes close. not the Michoacán ‘s stores not the antojitos in Gardena, nothing taste like this place! I’d love to get their recipe for the cream!
