I love this place. The Waitress isn’t rude at all. She is doll with a great sense of humor. She is always friendly and even when I told her I have food allergies lots of them she double checked to make sure I wasn’t allergic to peanuts. The atmosphere was chill and reflective of the season. It was a nice place to sit and chat. That being said, after mentioning we were headed to a movie soon 3 times, we walked out with our meals uneaten and in boxes after 50 minutes. The services was beyond ridiculous, it took over 20 min in AN EMPTY restaurant to even have our order taken, and us asking if we needed to order at the counter. After another 20 min of waiting with no interaction from the server we inquired about our food. We had to ask 3 times for to go containers because our movie was starting. The food was good but we will not go back because of the horrible service, the server didn’t seem to care at all.

I ordered some food at 3:25 pm (and went to pick it up, since they don’t offer delivery). At 4:45 my food finally came out. I While I waited, a couple of customers came in and I got to see the counter lady’s customer service skills…Suffice it to say that after that and my very long wait, I will not order here again. An hour and 45 minutes… really?

Delightful little place serving up a medley of Thai and Vietnamese dishes in a cozy little space, definitely a cut above most other restaurants of this style. Everything was delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and the prices very reasonable, all in all a great find in an unassuming place.
