Absolutely PHENOMENAL food. I was born in New Orleans and grew up in Houston, so I’ve had my fair share of Cajun food. Believe me when I say, this is hands down the best, most flavorful seafood boil (snow crab and shrimp) I’ve ever had. Wish we had found out about this sooner (before tonight), because we would have been coming here weekly. Do yourself a favor and go here NOW!! The Owner is also super nice and deserves his food to be tasted by the masses. Kudos all around, 10/10 would recommend.

Seafood Gem! Cajun inspired comfort food! Single food truck located on busy FM1626 just south of Austin in Buda. There’s not much to look at (yet as Adam has a big vision), but looking at the food gets the saliva flowing! For dinner I ordered a pound of mild shrimp (Adam says the hot approaches 5 alarm spicy) with all the fixings added (potato, corn ear, and sliced sausage), and an order of fresh boiled crawdads (BTW they are not fish), two orders of seafood deviled fried egg (one each topping version), and large order of fries (with light Cajun spice dusting). My favorite was the fried Deviled eggs with the mild Cajun sauce (think a Cajun version of Chick-fil-A fry sauce). The seafood deviled fried egg was a perfect appetizer for the shrimp and crawdads! I greatly look forward to going back to try the Gumbo (Adam was out of it for my Saturday dinner order).

Best seafood boil we have ever had. Fried deviled eggs were insane. Clean shrimp. Perfectly cooked. A must visit

Great Viet-Cajun-style seafood boil served out of a food truck right off 1626. I had the crab and shrimp mild and added the lemon pepper and garlic sauces on recommendation of the cook. The food was hot even after a 10 min drive.

The food is great! I had never really had this style of food before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect… it’s VERY flavorful, and definitely spicy! The medium had a big kick, I’m gonna try mild next time. Looking forward to picking it up again.

We’ve passed this food truck a few times and finally decided to pick up crab and shrimp for lunch, and it did NOT disappoint!!! The seasoning was out of this world. There was a ton of crab meat and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. Best seafood we’ve had in the area. We’ll be back soon!

I heard around town that this place had the best seafood so I had to try it for myself. Adam the owner was very nice and made me feel welcomed. I had the boiled crab and shrimp. It was to die for and the sauce was out of this world. Will be back as soon as possible.
