The food was excellent but the customer service wasn’t much to speak about. This wasn’t during any busy hours. They talk so fast and talk over you where you have to keep repeating things. Asked for extra tarter sauce and they totally acted like it was going to kill them to give you at least 10 for 2 #12 dinners, each has 2 pieces of fish and 3 pieces of chicken so we’re talking about a good amount of food. I don’t like to waste at all and give back if they give an abundance of condiment’s. Just work on customer service, maybe it was just a bad day

Came through the drive through made it home and realized my order was wrong drove all the way back to the restaurant only for the long blonde haired older lady to call me a liar slam the drive through window in my face and constantly kept coming back to tell me she wasn’t arguing with me but she knew what she made.. it was WRONG and the remake she made was burnt and disgusting I wouldn’t expect this behavior out of a child let alone an elder woman.. I won’t be coming back and I will be calling the GM in the morning because I’m sure her behavior isn’t an isolated incident.

I’ve always loved Long John Silver’s, this particular one seems to be running down. Management isn’t friendly, and it takes a long time to get your meal whether you’re in the drive-through or walk in.

Very poor. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Wanted clam meal all fries and very little clams. Requested tartare sauce and vinegar as condiments didn’t receive any. When I called to address issue was told in bottom of bag, well not there or I wouldn’t call. Add to the fact I didn’t receive my receipt. Just very fustrating.

LJS is an old favorite that I still want every now and then but most have really gone down hill. Tonight we gave this LJS a shot and it was truly a very nice experience. The food was hot, fresh and not greasy. The staff was welcoming, efficient and restaurant was clean. The gentleman at the front checked on us a couple of times.
