When it first opened back up I was SO excited! First couple times were fine but it has dropped in quality SO FAST!!! I asked for extra tartar sauce for fish and chips and they served me NONE and instead gave me an extra side of CRUMBS. I kid you not. I have a picture saved on my phone. Absolutely unacceptable and now I can’t eat my fish and chips because I don’t have any tartar sauce at home. How do you mess that up? It’s job performance like this that’ll shut the establishment down for good which is a shame because I’d rather not have to drive an hour for fish.

Since they opened back up there service has gone down hill. My husband and I went there Friday ( 4/28/2023). The kitchen manager was not very pleasant and was quite rude to another employee right in front of my husband and I. And my husband’s chicken he got 1 piece of it was raw on the inside when he bit into it. It will definitely be a while before we go back to eat here. The lady that waited on us was absolutely amazing.

So first experience was very disappointing. Me and my husband got the fish and coconut shrimp platter with fries and cole slaw. We got home to eat and we open the boxes. I had took one piece out of my box but I have about 10 pieces of shrimp and very little fries. While his try is loaded with the shrimp and fries.

Portion sizes vary. Once I got Fish & Chicken Platter, portions were great, large. Twice now I got the same platter, both like a kids meal. If they gonna charge $13 for this platter, keep the sizes consistent.
