Went here Mother’s Day with my father & grandmother. My grandmother wanted Long John Silver’s for mother’s day. The inside of the building was very clean, the staff was helpful & very friendly. I even witnessed an employee go around tables asking if they needed anything. Gave you a Red lobster vibe more than a fast food place vibe. I ordered a Fish & Chicken platter, It was delicious. The sides I chose where rice & fries, the rice was legit so good I could see myself coming back just to order a bowl of rice. The fries where hot & fresh and salted to perfection. And the hush puppies where good. My family ordered the same thing as me but chose coleslaw as a side, me myself I don’t like coleslaw. But my Father & Grandma said the coleslaw was delicious. Also had a strawberry cheesecake and it was so good. The only knock on the place is the weird parking lot situation in how you enter/exit the establishment.

Worst experience back here EVER! I haven’t been to Long John Silvers I’m YEARS! I get here… order my food. Once I pay, the girl at the window slowly hands me my receipt and card as she’s watching something else. Then tells me to go by the yellow poles behind the truck. One guy walks out and says to the guy in front of me… are you waiting on something? He says, his food. I call and speak to the manager and he says you’ve been waiting 12 mins but the guy in front of you is waiting on his! The WORST service EVER! Won’t EVER COME BACK!!!

With the re-opening I decided to try it again and knew I was taking a chance but it wasn’t worth the money or time I spent waiting. It took nearly 38 minutes to clear the drive through but it has just re-opened. I was unimpressed with the food as well. The price is ridiculous, at 29.35 for two shrimp tacos, a 3pc chicken meal, one shrimp taco and a cheesecake. The shrimp tacos were a major letdown, as you can see what they look like vs what’s advertised. The chicken and fries were good, as was the cheesecake. None of the sauces I requested were included either. I don’t expect much from fast food, but considering the food and service are usually the best after a re-opening it was disappointing.

Well, it’s Long John Silver’s, and like most fast food places the food is very consistent with the chain’s standards. The original restaurant from the 70s was torn down and rebuilt – the new building offers a better-situated drive-thru and looks better as well. Drive-thru staff were nice and they got my order correct. Long John’s is a once or twice a year guilty pleasure for me, so I don’t frequent the place, but when I have, it’s fine.

This store was completely remodeled, and pot-holed parking lot has been repaved just several months ago. So, pay no attention to reviews prior to roughly JAN 2023 about conditions of the store – they have been fixed.

Waited 10 minutes before the cooks came back inside to cook the food. Then waited another 20 minutes for my food and the fries was still cold. It wasn’t even busy to have to wait that long. Doubtful I will return
