Absolutely discusting !! I went alot in Florida but now in Virginia. Whole menu changed downhill !! I use too get blackened Tabica with loaded baked potato. They don’t have any more just fried discusting fish. NEVER AGAIN !!

I love LJS, my only complaint is the price but everything is going up. But if your looking at the 12 pc family meal consider the 16 pc. It’s only a little more and you get 4 more pieces plus an extra side. As for the side size, I’m very pleased. You get more I feel than any other fast-food restaurant. I don’t have to order double sides where I can get different ones and it’s okay. I ordered online and picked it up in the store. It went smoothly, however, however, did have to wait until after pick-up time. They were very busy since it was lunchtime.

Stopped in here tonight about 7pm. The white lady working the counter was really rude. She said that we’d have to get our food to go because the doors were already locked. Umm hello?!? If the doors were locked, how were we able to walk in?!?!?

Despite advertised special of a cake with a family pack of 12 or greater this was not honored “We’ve stopped doing it” , coleslaw being a small container and cold soggy fries that tasted like seafood the fish was good. Service was slow with staff openly complaining about schedule.

We arrived around closing time which is 8:00. It’s very dark there think they should give the customers more light for their safety. They had cut even more lights off while we were still in the drive thru. I was happy with the wait time it wasn’t that long of a wait like it usually is. The food was delicious and I absolutely love the lobster bites wish they kept them all year long.
