Ordered 2 piece fish meal. Wanted all hush puppies for sides. Was told they didn’t have 8 hush puppies. So I ordered fries and puppies. Was 1 car in front of me. Waited 5 minutes. At window I see fresh puppies and fish just coming out. But I didn’t get. Food I got was cold and undercooked. I couldn’t even eat it. Most disappointed ever at long John’s

Drive thru on 6/14/23…..service was horrible, after ordering you are asked to pull over to a parking spot and wait. 20 minute’s later the food shows up and is taken to the wrong vehicle, as now there are 4 of us waiting for food.

Brutal Games
I eat here on a regular basis. I always have to wait almost 10 minutes for every meal. They are never prepared for a lunch rush, and it seems like they have nothing at all ready in the warmer. They are out of most things, and I just had to wait at the drive-through speaker for five minutes before saying something and only response I got was give us just a couple minutes. They didn’t get my money today and probably won’t for a long time after.

Only 2 people working causing the wait time at the drive through to be close to 30 minutes. Many people pulled in to go inside to done but turned around and left because dining room was closed. Most left and didn’t go through the drive thru.

They just reopened this place after renovation and I’m not sure what’s going on but they reversed the direction of the service line but the entrance door is on the opposite side of the start of the line. Kinda nonsensical. Also, there is no ketchup or malt vinegar available for public access. You have to ask for those condiments and then they only give you 3 small packs of each. They will give you more if you embarrass yourself and ask. I was wondering why I saw a guy walk in with his own container of ketchup And, for utensils, there were a bunch of plastic-wrapped knives above the trash bin but the forks were unwrapped and the first one I picked out was a little sticky. It seems obvious the business is trying to cut costs but I think these things will hurt their business. It doesn’t seems like management has evaluated the level of customer satisfaction and atmosphere. Maybe they are counting on customers overlooking these issues and giving in to their LJS cravings.

Hadn’t had LJS in a long time. Made the trip over from Covington. Food was great! The people weren’t very friendly. And something had burnt before we went inside. So the whole place was filled with smoke. We will eat there again!

We’ve been waiting to eat here for along time, its been closed for remodeling. Not sure what they did account We’ve never ate inside. Didn’t look like anything but paint. The bathrooms are unisex and the one I used already had empty soap containers and the trash can was flowing over that I brought my hand towel back to the table.

No stars. ZERO. NONE. 2 weeks ago we visited tbis location, and was greeted at the drive thru with, “before you order we are out of… hushpuppies, slaw, fries, clams…. ” At that point I lost interest, and we exited rhe drive thru.
