We just went here again last week. I’ve always liked going here. However I feel I have to update their rating. I’m not sure who the manager is there but she’s phenomenal. She came over to our table three times to check on us. She was pleasant and was going around cleaning and talking to the other customers. You don’t usually see managers do that. We’ll definitely be going here more often. So I decided to change their review from 4 stars to 5 stars.

I pulled into the drive thru at 6:35 pm. The car ahead of me was receiving their order. When I tried to place my order, I was told they were closed. What fast food place closes (between customers, even!) at 6:35? I won’t be back. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the kid was at least polite about it.

I got shrimp tacos, my corn bean topping is rotten. Yes, flat put make you gag rotten. I kept getting a funny taste finally took it apart and tried just the black beans. I tried to call to speak with a manager so they can address the issue. First time got hung up on, second time they picked up but didn’t say anything( I could hear people in the back ground). 3rd,4th and 5th time went to voice message saying they are busy try again later. My husband got fish, it is just old. My husband eats anything and he won’t eat his dinner. I love long johns and today’s visit was pure disappointment. After checking the receipt, we was charged for 3 meals and ordered 2. I knew $39 was crazy.

Service is slow as hell. They charged me $11.99 for a Lobster bites, 2 fish, 2 sides and hush puppies platter that wasn’t even worth $6.00 to be honest. The restaurant was dirty and run down. I stopped going here about 8 months ago because of the service and the way they rip people off with the amount of food they give you 6 lobster bites in a platter I get more in a side order than that. For $4.99. Won’t being going there anymore.

Went through the drive thru and had to park and wait for order. When I got home and opened the bag it was the complete wrong order. Ordered 3 piece chicken with fries and cole slaw. They gave me some fish and shrimp meal nDrove back to LJS and went inside to get it corrected. They bagged up my order, I get home and open it up and no fries. 2 times and still couldn’t get it right. Hire some competent help.

We pulled up to go through the drive thru and an employee walked out the back door with a cigarette, while another employee was standing outside with a cigarette and a pair of tongs in her hand cussing out another employee. We just pulled on out and will never look back.

Food is good alittle greasy, but that’s fried food service can use work, pay attention to getting every order correct, one person is totally clueless, and shouldn’t be working there, they got my order wrong and shorted me food I had paid for ‼️ The parking lot needs fixed, the potholes are TERRIBLE‼️
