The food is delicious, the place is extra clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful but the reason I don’t give more stars is because of the long wait for service I literally waited nearly ten minutes before anyone even took my order then it took an additional twenty minutes to receive my food. From what I could gather from the situation is the establishment was seriously understaffed, only two young ladies running the whole show, the drive thru, the counter and the kitchen, in my opinion this is a management issue. I would have spoken to the manager about it but I never saw him or her, most likely hiding in the office pretending to be in charge.

Our second time trying this place in a year with the same results. I used a coupon for a 8 piece family meal.. It took 23 minutes to get our order and we were the only customers in the building.. The food was very subpar meaning it was greasy and the breading was soggy which is not very tasty.. This will be the last time I ever eat there and I hate leaving a negative review but it was well deserved in this case.. Also the staff are not what I would call friendly they never even smiled and made you feel like you were a bother to place an order. I do not know how they stay in business!!! But I know why the place was empty now!!!

Food was consistently good and setvice was quick. Ice/soda machine broken so only two options were water and tea. Team worker very obligingly brought us ice from the back when asked. I noted 6-8 workers but only two were actually working, and there was much to be done – every table I could see was dirty as well as the floor. Shame that such a chain that is already obsolete doesn’t better attend this one, beautiful area with lots of tourists.

I was very unsatisfied with the people and the way they were handling the food, I couldn’t stomach the food so I threw it away… Who wants to eat food after you see them drop the fries on the counter and then put them back with the other fries, if they do that,then what else are they dropping and then giving it to people to eat..nasty

Our food and dining experience was fabulous…. until the young lady shared that they’re closing this location too. I drove 50miles to eat here and like all the others they keep closing! So sad, people losing their jobs and we lose yummy food!

Old restaurant did really good and the food was better. However since the new one was built and the old one torn down. The food is not really that fresh, it’s greasy. Also the employees there don’t act like they care about serving the community. They act lazy.

No way charlie! Tried to charge me $13.50 for 4 pieces of fish and 2 pieces of chicken….walked across the parking lot to aj s and got all you can eat chicken and fish for$9.50. Who do you think you are???? You pierced lipped employee at the counter could not figure the regester out. And no manager in sight. Piss poor at best!

Staff was great. But the food wasnt great and price was ridiculous. All my daughter ate was the corn. I ate some fish and threw up that when I got home. Also no mowing has been done in quite awhile.
