Every single time I go to this location they say they are short staffed and there is a wait. Now that may have been the case during covid. But if you have been short staffed over two years, well that means u need to hire courteous and professional people and your company needs to work on doing incentives to retain them. Excuses for short staff is really unacceptable at this point. Ridiculous……

The lady taking orders at the front(Vicky) was trying her best and had a few mess ups but was super nice and professional even though the “General manager” (Jess I think) was screaming at her embarrassing her in front of everyone and belittling her in front of 10+ guest. I most likely will not be back even though the food was good unless management is changed. Also, the place needs a good cleaning and maintenance done to it. I will say it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had and unfortunately my wife and daughter had to sit through it as well. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Worst “general manager” I’ve ever seen.

I came in on Father’s Day, and the 2 women working were so amazing. They were kinda busy, and that didn’t stop them from being really nice, helpful, and funny. The food was really good as usual, love going there and highly recommend!

I found this restaurant to be very clean, staffed, and well trained. The food was delicious, served hot and surprisingly quick. (Other Long John Silver’s restaurants i visit have a sometimes lengthy wait time for your order). The staff was courteous and polite. My order was for lunch but would not hesitate to visit there for a supper order.

The fish was way overcooked or an old oil, the green beans were so Smokey you could not eat them, the rice was not fully cooked or it had dried out and went back to its uncooked stage some of it. The shrimp was good and the coleslaw was good. The fries were okay.

There are people asking things like “who’s out there keeping Long John Silver’s and/or Arby’s open?” and I’ve got to admit that the answer is ME. I love Long John Silver’s, even though many of them are terrible. It’s not their fault though. Most of them are combined with Taco Bell, or KFC, or A&W, and the LJS food never gets the love it deserves because people would rather have Taco Bell. I understand it but I just don’t get it.

I must say the service may not have been the fastest but considering there were 2 people who did show up for work!! The lady at the window was taking orders, and payments, running the food to cars, dealing with idiots at the back of the line blowing their horns .. and getting the orders correct!!. She was amazing. This is definitely my lowest review, and I give them only two stars for the food however, they were out of most of the side orders, my order took about 13 minutes to receive, and I was the only person in line, and they had only two employees that I could see. They also kept one door locked, and people would walk away, thinking the place was closed. Very disappointing but I still love the chicken.
