I ordered the variety platter, two fish, one chicken, and three shrimp. The shrimp was left off. The chicken was what appeared to be half of a tender. The rice was dried and flavorless. The face itself was okay. The hush puppies were dry nasty. I was in the Drive-Thru Lane for approximately 20 minutes. I will not go back.

So I ordered online and when I get there the lady hands me 1 plate and we had ordered 2, a side and a drink. I tell her and she goes to check, cool. But then when I get home I see they forgot my side of corn from my platter and when my husband tried his chicken he said it tasted like old chicken and it was very hard basically unedible. We normally go through the drive thru and it takes a really long time. I usually get the fish and shrimp and I like it.

This was the first time I’ve been there for a few years and am not happy with the place. The drive thru is beat up and ugly, the girl taking my order acted like she couldn’t hear me, they were out of the soda I wanted, it took way too long, and why in the world is a small drink $2.29? That’s ridiculous! If the food was bad I wouldn’t give any stars. But this place needs a serious makeover.

Waited 20 + minutes and 1 person working. Manager was in back walking around yelling at woman working front, drive thru and putting orders together. He was doing nothing but yelling at her. I had to leave before I gave my order, or I was going to get ugly with manager. Poor woman! Honey, you don’t deserve that treatment. Get a different job.

I wish them the best of luck and hope they wake up. Kitchen didn’t seem to care to put orders out. Food was over cooked and it took them 30 minutes to get our food. Horrible place, they either need to update, shut down, or replace management.

Food was great. Fresh. Hot. Delicious. The only complaint was why do I have to order the Sea Share meal online. I drove to restaurant to get it,without my phone was told I have to order online only. Since I didn’t have phone I couldn’t order it. But I did get a meal,just not what I wanted. Please fix Sea Share back to regular ordering. Thanks

I just left your store and it was super slow and the cashier went to the back to help handle the food and didn’t even wash her hands and used the tongs to touch the screen, and when she handed my food she opened it and was repeating what I got and I told her don’t talk over my food. All of the customers waiting was talking about it then get home and one of my fish was very greasy like it was sitting in grease. I won’t be going back anytime soon.
