This was the worst service and food we have every had. We drove from mosheim to Rogersville to have a sit down family meal on last Sunday. It took forever to get our food and then the orders was wrong. I’m really happy these people are working but they need to step up their game on service and fixing people’s food. Everyone of us got the poops from this food that lasted for two days. We will never be eating at this place again or telling anyone to eat there.

I ordered the Southwest shrimp bowl for the first time. Below is a menu pic and the bowl I got. When she handed it to me, I asked if there should be veggies or something else on it. She said no. I was craving Long John Silvers, so I checked online and it said they were open until 10pm. We got there alittle after 8pm and the doors were locked and as we walked away they turned the lights off. We had to tell a man sitting in the drive thru that they were closed. If your gonna close early you may want to update your Google page!

Our coleslaw was dumped all-over on top of half of our fries which made them sogy and absolutely disgusting and unable to be eaten. The fish was sogy definitely needed to be cooked longer. Over all very disappointed in my service and the quality of food and prices are ridiculously high.

The food was horrible and then not to mention I didn’t even get what I ordered I order the three piece chicken with all fries and a drink got to the house had no drink and it was a fish sandwich, my wife got a crab cake and shrimp and fries and the crab cake was so hard you could break glass with it. Definitely not the best I’ve ever had. Probably won’t go back honestly.
