Have not had any problems, staff seems pretty friendly, love their Louisiana hot sauce. Only problem is during the summer it is FREEZING in there! We’ve never seen them crowded. We probably wouldn’t go as often if we didn’t get the coupons.

Greasy all breaded fish. And so expensive for the little bit you get. But, this location, from lobby view, is very clean. Its a very lit up welcoming store. Besides the two times recently in drive thru where i was given only half the order, the staff was very friendly. Just because the franchise chooses how much you pay to eat fish on the run, doesn’t have anything to do with the workers and their friendly costumer service.

Fries were cold, fish was not done, had uncooked batter, had to wait a long time for okra and hot fries after meal was first brought to the table. Seats in several booths were ripped with large holes in them. Prices are up while quality is down. Very disappointed in today’s visit.

Don’t go through the drive-thru. I sat in line for 18 minutes with one car in front of me. When I got to the window the window attendant didn’t acknowledge me for at least 3 more minutes before I just left without my food. This isn’t the first time my food has take forever. I will never visit here again.
