Always a great place. Sometimes the dining room is open, and sometimes it’s not, so that’s something to be aware of. However, the employees are always super friendly and even if the food takes a minute (or 5), it’s cooked good and is delicious. Their chicken is the best I’ve had aside from my grandma’s! Can’t get any like it anywhere else! The employees are also very helpful. The very first time I went, I didn’t have any idea how to order. All I knew was that I wanted chicken strips, so the lady laid out some options I could choose from and helped explain the sides and everything. Really enjoyable experience.

I ordered 4 meals & got them in less than 5 mins… which I thought was awesome. Turns out all the food was NOT FRESH! Customer Service was great tho, but FRESH FOOD is what the guest pays for the employer pays for them to provide great service. Definitely won’t return because of the food!

I recently visited the North Highland Long John Silver’s, to pick up a door dash order 40 minutes before they closed. I walked to the front door to pick up the order from the counter. I was rudely greeted by an employee in a very disrespectful and aggressive way and was told that they are closed. When i tried to explain that i had a door dash order she interrupted me over and over again and while screaming at me, directed me to leave. As i was leaving she went to the drive through and was screaming and aggressively telling the people at the drive through to leave. I really hope she is not in a management/lead position because if she is then corporate needs to find new manager/team leader.
