My family and I went in to eat and my husband placed his order and paid. Then I placed my order and paid went and sit down and they brought my husband his order and I went up there and asked where my order was and she said I just brought it and I said no that was the rest of my husband’s order and she said no ma’am he only ordered a 2 piece and a 3 piece and I said no he ordered 3 meals No he only ordered 2 meals ma’am. So he said no ma’am I ordered 3 and she said well we only see 2. So he had to order another meal. The manager was very very rude about it. I won’t be back.

The building was filthy. Mold growing from the ceiling tiles, sticky floors, and a restroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the 90’s. The employees were too busy talking to get our order right, and the fish tasted like the fryer oil hadn’t been changed in several months. Thankfully, there is a Captain D’s right up the road.

I guess I’m just going to stop having to go there. Not even because the food is bad. However, because this one particular person, do not know her name. She usually works the window. Has brown, medium length crimped up hair and multi- colored nails. Not big but not skinny. One time I came through she looked at me and just started bursting out laughing, then proceeded to slam the window in my face because I asked for sauces, she intentionally gave me the wrong ones as well. This last time I came through, she proceeded to argue with me and tell me I didn’t ask for something I did at the window, which I did, she just didn’t hear me. Pretty sure she spit in my drink too. I noticed she made it and then walked off around the corner with it. I get it, open it and see foam at the surface. Needless to say I didn’t drink it. Just had to waste what little money I have. Her whole demeanor was just rude, once again. She is a very unfriendly, unhappy, rude person. As long as she is there, I will not be coming back!! I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH COOPERATE ABOUT THIS LADY!!

I had a 4 person order,place was not busy at all.a couple of the orders included rice,the employee said she wasn’t cooking “fresh” rice. Well apparently not much of anything was fresh the rice was hard the fish was dried up and the chicken was hard.Fries where cold and the coleslaw was tasting like it was tainted so we just threw the food away.better off going to McDonald’s . Seems like Long John’s is heading its way out anyway…

I have to say after not going to a Long John Silvers in about 12 years I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and the freshness of the food. I got the shrimp combo number eight and added some chicken and fish and everything was perfect.
