While the food, service and atmosphere are fantastic here – I would LOVE to see this location updated. Pretty sure the bathrooms and front of house have not been updated since the early 90s. While very clean and pleasant, it’s just very outdated and in desperate need of repair.

Did you know you have to pay extra for extra packets of tartar sauce and vinegar? You get 1 free per protein per corporate. Sad. The food was hot and good here and the cashier was sweet and patient. And for the whiners about the “greasy fish”, it’s always been that way and is half the reason it’s so good.

The fish is so Greasy, I’m an ex, cook , trainer, and assistant manager, of Ljs past , the retrieveing baskets need extra shakes instantly once Fish is retrieved ( for Extreme Quality ), all else was Great Love the fish .

To start off the fish is not very big pieces the coleslaw tasted a bit funny they would only give out 1 packet of tartar sauce per piece of fish so no extras girls were nice haven’t been here in a while now I remember why

Went through drive thr got thr fast…i orderd 2 fish and mores 1 piece of fish was good on my tray the other piece was fair…it was kinda dried out and the fish needed 2 be hotter….the fries where hot like they should be…they have cut the slaw down it seems…whats up with that ….very disapointed in the order of slaw i got with the meal….it was more like a small sample of slaw…like i said very disapointing…i like slaw with my fish…a few bites and the order they give you is gone…one of the reasons i get the fish an more is the slaw..for what it cost u should get a better order of slaw like i said very disapointed

The food is amazing here. The cashier girl was friendly. The only real complaints I have is the green beans were barely even warm, and ice cold halfway through our meal, and while delicious, no one wants cold green beans.

I pulled up unbeknownst to me that they were about to close. I was told through the drive-thru that I could dine inside. After entering and looking at the menu finding out that they were out of some of the items I wanted plus being told I could not dine inside I was a little frustrated. The manager on duty that is absolutely as sweet as pie apologized very kindly and gave me a modest discount on my food. The portion was fantastic and was cooked fresh to order. Someone that travels as much as I do and comes in contact with so many service workers. It was very refreshing to meet such a kind face and fantastic customer service.

I’m not sure how the food is at this point. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait. Currently going on 20 minutes and no food. Several people ahead of us still waiting. And all we can hear is the staff complaining about the number of people they need to serve.

I have been eating here ever since they opened up.. i love there fish. When it first opened up they gave big pieces of fish…over the years they have cut down on the size of the order the pieces of fish are smaller…i got two fish dinners for me and my friend the fish was good but the pieces where small and too thin the fries where good and the coleslaw had a good taste to it…but they dont give you much slaw a small order of slaw is really small…i remember when you got a small order of slaw years ago it was a lot bigger than it is now…so they cut down on the fish size through the years and the slaw too…but charge more money. .the fish and more should be called…less for more…like i said i love there fish…but part of the greatness about long john silvers was the good orders you got there ..i have never got a good size order from captain Ds thats why i always loved long john silvers better…but now ones bout good as the other..captain Ds fish is good too but the orders are to small too
