I had been craving fish and chicken, so decided to drive 45 minutes to the Hopkinsville, KY location. I couldn’t even bite into the chicken. I asked for a fresh one. I felt like the employees get upset over having to make fresh food. It’s like they threw an old piece of chicken in grease and served it. You get your plate of what’s done and then the popcorn shrimp had to be cooked while I was eating my other food. The employees are rude and need to look professional, not sagging pants showing underwear and being on cellphones constantly.

The food is really good but anytime I go to the one in hopkinsville, there is a very long wait. This week it was over 20 minutes in the drive thru. The cashier explained a rush inside and they got all the chicken but I can’t remember a time we didn’t have to wait at least 15 minutes

Ordered a 2 piece chicken 1 fish meal today. There was no chicken in the container. So, I paid $10 for a piece of fish, fries, 2 hushpuppies and coleslaw. In a bed that looked liked sweepings from the floor. On top of waiting about 10 minutes in the drive thru for that mess, I have to believe it was done intentionally, noone could be that incompetent. Sadly, I was hoping for a decent meal so I could return again. That is out of the question. To the ones responsible for such a bad experience, do you not think about the consequences of your actions? (Like being out of a job because your store closes?) I hope you do better in the future, because nobody likes ugly.

Waited in drive thru after ordering for 25 minutes with 1 car in front of me. Window gal was rude, handed order out without showing her face and did not respond when I asked for tartar sauce. No condiments in bag. Fish, chichen and fries were cold and dried out. Should’ve known not to try this location when Captain D’s drive thru & parking lot was full but Long John Silver’s was dead.

The fish is good, when I asked for my condiments I received very little. When I asked b4 leaving for home the manager said yes I got what I asked for. When I got back home to share the 12 piece fish meal, the corn was awful also. I called and the manager was again rude & didn’t care & never said sorry. No need for shrimp sauce. Also must say we got sick from the food. Calling home office. It cost over $40.00. Not again!!!!
