Cost of food: $19.54. Waiting in my vehicle for at least 10 minutes after paying for my order, I was finally told that my food would take a “few” more minutes and would I like a complementary drink for my wait? I declined hoping this would move my order along faster. No such luck. The entire process of ordering, payment and receiving my order took 25 minutes! I must say that the young lady who was running the drive-thru handled the entire situation unemotionally, I should have expected this considering she moved like a slug. She could have helped the other employees with the front orders as I was the only fool at the window.

The food was so fresh and hot!! I waited a little longer than your typical “fast food” but I would wait for fresh hot food any day than the fast cold, old food I usually get! The older black lady in the drive through was so nice and welcoming, extra courteous, she deserves a raise! Great experience and best LJS I jave EVER been to!

Slow, afternoon shift had meth addict who was clearly high and didn’t understand my order, even with 8 explanations. Real small waspy lady who definitely needs a job coach. Food was alright but hush puppies stayed in deep fryer too long. Overall terrible service and needs restaffed immediately

Usually pretty good place to get LJS. Food is usually hot and orders are correct. Please clean and weed the front and repaint and general maintenance would be nice. I mean really, are you getting ready to close this location for good or what? It doesn’t look like anyone has done anything beyond what is necessary to keep the doors open another day. Its time to either make an investment to future business or be done with this location.

I arrived at 10:40 sat in the drive for 5 mins they were supposed to be open at 10:30 the Restaurant Manager sent a crew member out to say that she said they were running behind to come back…I asked to speak with her directly in this case. She came out very defensive and rude and very unapologetic. Let’s just say I never got the Fish tacos I came for and she called me rude

I want to like this place but 9 times out of 10 the food is terrible. My mom got the beer battered cod and she said it was great I went and it was burnt. One of the cooks was pissed and slamming doors. Was very rude to what appeared to be his manager. She seemed a little afraid of him.

The food was good, greasy, but the place was so filthy I was disgusted. Every table was dirty. The floor was rittled with wrappers n napkins, no cup lids, no catsup, the lady behind the register was eating something with her mouth open and picking sores on her face. Ugh, just gross!

That’s has to be the nasty place I’ve been in restroom was pis on the floor. Trash on the floor in dining room area. I took my food down the street where I know there are a few homeless people and gave them the food. . Maybe that was wrong to give them the food. But I wasn’t going to eat it
