Five star today Long John’s!! Stopped in on a Tuesday at 3:30pm. Got the $6 chicken basket. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Chicken peices were big as well as the hush puppies. Service was fast and friendly. She even asked if I wanted any sauce and put the sauce I asked for in the bag. Keep up the good work, this was top notch today for me.

The food is good. After a wait time in the parking lot, they brought my food out. When I got home, the shrimp meal, which I ordered with fries and slaw as a side, had the shrimp with green beans and no slaw. The fish chicken meal, which I ordered green beans and slaw as a side,, had the green beans but no slaw. I give excellent for food, but poor for accurateness.

Management “Stacy” was incredibly RUDE!!! My order was short an item, brought it to her attention and she was Very mouthy and unapologetic. She was also rude to a Door Dash delivery driver. I asked for a receipt and she claimed there was “No receipt paper” and when I questioned her on the order she said “Check your credit card bill.” When I asked for corporate ph # she claimed she didn’t have it & I’d have to look it up. Then I said can I at least have your store #? Then she stated “I don’t know that either.” She then shut the drive through window aggressively and began talking loudly about me to her co worker. SO incredibly unprofessional. Won’t be returning for sure.

Ordered online pick up. Twice. Both times was bad experience. 1st time. It was 8 pm. Apparently they were telling everyone they were closed. I saw 2 cars go through drive thru they turned them away. Then tried to deny me from ordering but I said I had an online order. They Gave me my food. Missing hush puppies. No tarter sauce. No cocktail sauce even though I asked for a few of each. 2nd time missing hush puppies again. My 1 piece of chicken was 2 little bite size pieces. Again. No sauces even though I asked. No cars on lot this time. I don’t understand how hard it is to get 1 order correct and it’s not busy. Pay attention to the receipts

Went though the drive through, and asked for chicken hush puppies and fries. He said that’s a double order and we can’t do that. I said I see a photo of that meal on the sign. Ended up leaving with no food. Staff is always combative there with an attitude. I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money.

Food was delicious very warm fresh couldn’t ask for more. Service was phenomenal I wish I could give them 6 starters the worker was very nice polite and brought my food out to my car. The restaurant was a little bit dated as the exterior looks like it could use an update.
