Came in around 1:45pm, no where near any kind of lunch/dinner rush. I had 1 customer in front of me. The cashier didn’t know what she was doing and had to get a managers assistance every minute or so. No exaggeration, I was in line for 15 min before it was my change to order. I kept it short sweet and to the point but ended up waiting another 25 min before my food came out.. it was a Togo order. The manager herself wasn’t too nice either. Weather she hated her job, had a bad day or was annoyed by the cashier I will never know but she was very snapy and unpleasent when talking to the cashier or customers. Luckily the boss was at a lunch meeting and didn’t notice I was gone nearly and hour when it should’ve been only 30 min max.

I got there at 12:30 on a Tuesday. No more than six people there. No line. I placed my order and went to the restroom. Urine all over the toilet seat and the floor was so greasy you literally slid away from the toilet. They mixed up two orders including mine. One guy there before me didn’t get his food until I was leaving . Not one item on my sampler platter was much above room temperature. Been a while since I have eaten at LJS . Will be a long time until I do again. I could have spent that $13.00 and ate the seafood buffet at Indy.

The food was good for being fast food. they have only been in this location for 1,2 years. So it will take time for them to get the hang of it. I would say get the fish because Long John Silver’s is a fish restaurant not chicken. but glad they got one in Brownsburg,IN we needed one instead of going to speedway,IN for a two piece fish combo. Cost not to bad $7 and some change. but i look forward to eating there again

5/15/13 ordered fish/chicken and onion rings, as soon as I ate them I got sick. Called the store manager to make him aware but didn’t seem to concerned. Guess I won’t be going back to that location….what is going on with the Brownsburg Fast Food I have either bad service or horrible food. I’m not one to call just for free food would just like to let them know that there food is either spoiled or bad. Go Figure it’s Brownsburg!!!!

I’d leave a more informative review but for whatever reason they close an hour earlier than all the other locations I bothered to research with Hendricks County and west Indy.. They also close earlier than marked on weekends unless there was an issue that particular day that they didn’t feel required a sign or notice.
