Food was okay, but me and my husband went to the drive-thru, we thought at first that this restaurant was closed down but found out it wasn’t. We were the only ones in line, ordered our food and they asked for us to pull up to there back door behind there building. The employee opened the back door and couldn’t get out the back door because boxes were all piled up halfway in front of the door so they knocked them down than came out the back door and gave my husband our food. If this is the way I will have to get my food from here I won’t be back, that’s dangerous, someone could have been behind that building and grabbed that employee, pushed there way in the back door, carjacked us, shot us or anything. And those boxes blocking the back door inside, fire hazard! I will not be back and not because of the food, because of the situation!!

So ghetto don’t go here. I arrived at the drive-thru at 4:10pm and was told they were having shift change and couldn’t take our order for 25 minutes. I’ve never heard of this in my life at any fast food restaurant. Very unprofessional and will not be back.

This location is simply the worst, the food I got yesterday was horrible paper thin overcooked fish, fries that seemed like they sat in old grease not to mention the the unprofessional staff. They need to do something about this location I’ve seen numerous bad reviews and it seems as though nothing is being done I will not be coming back to this Long John’s Silver location anymore and probably won’t be back period cause it seems like nothing is being done to correct this problem.

Attempting to DoorDash. This long john silvers is trash. Literally took forever to even get them to acknowledge me in the drive through, which I did not want to use because it’s one that once you are in you cannot get out of, however the lobby was closed. I sat and waited 35 min in the drive through for my food. Absolutely ridiculous, these people clearly don’t care about their jobs and we’re messing around in the kitchen instead of doing what they’re paid to do. Don’t waste your time

No One But Me
Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes before they took my order. Then it took an additional 20 minutes to get my food. Grated there was 1 car in front of me. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to check my food until I got to my destination. Once I opened the tray up I was missing 2 pieces of fish and qhat I had in there was extra greasy and the fries tasted burnt. I can’t even go back because I had to get back to work. So disappointed that I threw my food away. And now I don’t have an appetite.

I haven’t been to ljs in years. Gave it a try and first the doors were locked after being open a half hour. Almost $40 and waited in line FOREVER. Finally got food and it tasted terrible! Like they should have cleaned/ changed the oil before they opened for the day.
