I ordered almost $40 worth of food. I checked everything before I left and it seemed all there, but I didn’t take out the cheesecakes from the brown paper bag because I didn’t want them to start melting- I saw the one on top and figured they were both in there. Drove 20 minutes home, took out the cheesecake and there was only one! I checked the receipt- I was charged for 2. I called right away and explained the situation, and the lady told me in an annoyed tone “okay come back with your receipt and we’ll give you the other cheesecake.” So I ask – okay, who is going to pay for my gas to get 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back? She got snappy with me and said “we’ll that’s all we can do ma’am.” At the very least she could have apologized and/or offered a refund- I would have been better with that answer than her rude tone. I never leave bad reviews but I’ve given this place chance after chance hoping something would change and every visit they miss something in my order- I’ve had probably over $30 worth of food not given to me over the last 5 visits. And when I would go in before driving away, they were always rude and treated me like I owe them something. One time the manager argued with me when I told them they didn’t give me the coleslaw I ordered and paid for- she insisted I didn’t get coleslaw even when the employee had already looked at my receipt and was telling her that I did in fact order and pay for it. She had the nastiest grimace on her face as if I pissed in her soup and grabbed the receipt from the young girl and then was like “well I didn’t see it”. HIGHLY disappointed and will not be returning. Thank you for the WORST service I have EVER received.

The first time I was there they game me the wrong food. Ok it happens. Called and they said they would replace it. When my wife went to get it replaced they only replace what was missing. Not what they told us when we called. So now i have half a dinner for two nights rather than one dinner for one night
