The whole order was weird… food not in a regular long John silver box but a white takeout box…. so everything sweated and the food was soggy… everything was so so….I haven’t had ljs in a long time and was actually craving it…. it will definately be another long time before I will want again… sad..

We ordered 3 meals tonight in the drive thru. One meal was completely wrong. Second meal had wrong side. We received no napkins, utensils, and only 4 sauces for all 3 meals. All this after sitting at the window for 20 minutes. And then they had me park and wait another 10 minutes. Didn’t seem like anyone inside was in charge or knew what was going on.

We ordered two meals the boy ended up doubling our meals making us pay for four meals and drinks also. we were standing there waiting. a worker come up to the front from the back to help the new guy that was helping us he had on nothing but a white undershirt most people call them wife beaters. The area we were standing at was so slippery I almost fell. The whole dining room floor was slippery with grease there were French fries and other food on the floor underneath of everything there was dust and food on the table all of them almost were dirty. It was not bust at 2 other ppl in dinning room and a few drive up windows. there was wallpaper healing off of the walls in several places had black spots under it may have been mold didn’t get that close to it. Our order was wrong after they charged us too much ended up telling them don’t worry about it just give me boxes I will take it home. It was an all-around horrible experience and never have I ever had that before at that Long John Silver’s but it has been years since I have been there. The manager you could hear her in the back cursing and yelling. There was a blatant disregard for people being in the dining room trying to eat their meal peacefully with their family. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant…..

1330hrs I was here. Got 2 orders clam strips and Pepsi. The drive through attendant forgot about my Pepsi. He didn’t charge me for it when I said something. He just replied ” return the favor ” he was awesome and very polite. Thank you have a wonderful day!!!
